The product features a main frame, touchscreen, detachable pulleys, ball connector, adjustable height mechanism, motor compartment hatch, footboard latches, and footboard with finger grooves.

First Use

Considerations for Placement

Ensure adequate open space around the unit for safe operation and to avoid injury:

Place the product in a dry environment; do not use it outdoors.

Connect to the Power Supply

Use a grounded outlet and ensure proper grounding.

Connect the power supply using the provided power cord (?). The on-off switch is located on the back of the machine.

After connecting the power supply, press the on-off switch to power on.

For the first use, after connecting the power supply, let the product rest for 5-10 minutes. Check for appearance defects or unusual operating noise. If any abnormality is found, turn off the power and contact Speediance after-sales service personnel.

After powering on, verify that the environment meets use standards and the footboard is flat and not tilting.

The product can be used after these inspections and confirmations.

Operation

Folding/Unfolding Footboard

The operation logic for unfolding and folding the footboard is the same.

  1. Press the unlock button. The footboard is now unlocked.
  2. Put down the footboard. Ensure the footboard is stable.
  3. Rotate the footboard latches to lock the footboard.

Safety Notes:

Moving Adjustable Height

To adjust the height:

  1. Pull out the pin to unlock the adjustable height.
  2. Move the adjustable height to the desired position. It will automatically position and lock.

The main frame can be locked in the same way as the unlocking of the footboard end.

Replacing Accessories

The connector is compatible with all accessories, including handles, ankle straps, tricep rope, and adjustable barbell.

To attach/detach:

  1. Unlocking: Press the button on the ball connector. The ball connector is unlocked. Detach the square ring.
  2. Locking: Push up the square ring. The ball connector locks automatically.

If the ball connector becomes loose, stop using the product immediately and contact Speediance after-sales service personnel.

Unlock the Adjustable Height (Pulleys)

To change workout modes by changing the position of adjustable heights:

  1. Unlock the detachable pulley.
  2. Remove the detachable pulley.

The main frame can be locked in the same way as the unlocking of the footboard end.

User Registration

Touch the screen to start. Follow the instructions on the screen for registration. Registration is required for the first use.

Notice: Before cleaning the product, please remove the power plug (?).

Common Faults and Troubleshooting

Treatment of problems other than faults: If no fault is identified but the product malfunctions, cut off the power supply and contact Speediance after-sales service personnel.

  • Power not connected, plug not securely inserted
  • Voltage too low, power outage, or partial circuit breaker tripped

Resistance cable unstable or has abnormal sound during use
  • Motor cable tanglement
  • Incorrect operation method
  • Go to free lift, set weight to 5-7kg, pull cable until taut, then slowly return.
  • Ensure connector is fully pressed down, then accurately insert the connecting buckle into the connector.
Fans working after the product is turned off
  • High temperature takes long cooling time
  • The machine has a high temperature after use
  • This is normal; wait a few minutes for recovery.
  • Place the machine in a flat, ventilated area.
Wobble
  • Uneven ground
  • Unlocked or half-locked footboard
  • Obstacles around the pivot
  • Locked footboard
  • Place the machine in a flat area.
  • Press down latches to the lowest position.
  • Remove obstacles.
  • Unlock the footboard according to instructions.
Unable to fold/unfold the footboard
  • Unlocked or half-locked footboard
  • Obstacles around the pivot

  • Press down latches to the lowest position.
  • Remove obstacles.

Bluetooth device disconnected
  • Running out of battery
  • Charge the Bluetooth device.
High temperature in the motor compartment
  • High temperature caused by long time use
  • This is normal.
  • Place it in a ventilated area.
Pulleys are stuck
  • Pulleys are locked
  • Machine is still in working state, pulleys cannot be removed
  • Unlock the pulleys according to instructions.
  • Pause workout using accessory button or screen.

Warranty and Service

Warranty Scope

Speediance guarantees that if the product is used, operated, and maintained according to instructions, it will be free from material and workmanship defects during the warranty period. Speediance will provide free repairs for quality issues caused by defects. If the product is beyond the warranty period or damaged due to user error, paid repairs are available. All services adhere to Speediance's after-sales warranty policy, which complies with quality standards and craftsmanship procedures. This limited warranty policy applies exclusively to Speediance products purchased from official channels or authorized dealers. After-sales services are limited and not unlimited liability.

Warranty Period

The effective warranty period starts from the product receipt date and ends at 24:00 the day before the period expires. If the receipt date cannot be provided, the warranty period is determined by the invoice issuance date or order purchase date. If valid proof of purchase is unavailable, the warranty period starts 30 days after factory delivery. Components replaced during the warranty period belong to Speediance; those replaced outside the warranty period belong to the user.

The standard warranty period is 24 months for the whole unit and 12 months for accessories.

Free Warranty Service Must Meet the Following Conditions:

  1. Purchased Speediance products from Speediance official channels or authorized distributors.
  2. Products experiencing non-human-induced performance failures within the specified warranty period.
  3. Products purchased for personal or household use (commercial use requires a separate agreement).
  4. No unauthorized disassembly, modification, or installation not guided by official instructions, and no other non-human-induced faults.
  5. Provide valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) and product SN (serial number).

If the product fails to operate according to warranty terms within the warranty period, contact Speediance at after-sales@speediance.com within 30 days of discovering the fault. Provide valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, receipt) and the product's SN number. Services not covered by the limited warranty policy may incur charges.
