Safety Warnings

⚠️ indicates "notices" that may cause minor injuries or property losses

  • For the sake of safety, it is recommended not to place other items than those recommended by the supplier on the product.
  • After use, make sure that the product is off or standby, and do not stretch your hand out into the small gap to avoid finger pinching. Release the accessories as gently as possible to avoid injury.
  • To avoid unexpected accidents, prevent children from accessing the product, pulling wires, handles, or other mechanical structures, or operating the power button without adult attendance.
  • When folding the footboard, ensure it is folded in the correct position and locked to prevent personal injury or property loss from unexpected drops.
  • In case of power failure or cleaning, remove the power plug. If reconnecting the power supply, wait at least 5 minutes to prevent motor or electronic component damage from continuous starting-ups.

  • When flammable gas leaks, close the valve, open doors/windows, and do not pull plugs of the product or other electrical appliances, as electric sparks may cause fire.
  • Do not use flammables, explosives, liquids, or corrosives near the product to avoid damage or fire. Do not place or use combustibles nearby.
  • When discarding the product, send it to a designated recycling station to keep it away from children and accidents.
  • Place the product in an open area without obstacles.
  • Do not clean the product by spraying water or rinsing. Do not place it in damp areas or where it can be splashed with water to ensure electrical insulation.

When removing the plug, do not pull the power cord; hold the plug firmly and pull it directly from the socket. Prevent the power cord from being damaged. If the power cord or plug is worn, stop using the product and get it replaced by the manufacturer's designated service station.

Do not disassemble or modify electronic elements without permission. Get the product maintained by professional personnel. If the power cord is damaged, get it replaced by the manufacturer or authorized personnel.

  • Use a standard three-pin power socket with a rated current above 10A and do not share it with other appliances. Ensure the plug has good contact with the socket to prevent fire hazards. Ensure the socket's grounding electrode has a reliable grounding wire.
  • This product operates on 100-240V~50-60Hz AC power. If voltage fluctuates beyond the specified range, it may lead to product failure or damage. Use an automatic voltage regulator above 1600W in such circumstances.

1 Product Overview

This section provides an overview of the product and its accessories.

The main unit is a vertical fitness structure with a base, a support frame, a display screen, lifting sliders, connectors, a motor compartment hatch, a lock handle, and a foldable footboard.

First Use

Before first use:

  • Remove all packaging materials (carton, PE foam, gummed paper bag, etc.) and any protective film on the product.
  • Place the product on a flat, solid, and well-ventilated indoor surface.
  • Keep the product away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Do not place it in wet or watery places to prevent rust or degradation of insulation.

Considerations for Placement

Ensure adequate space around the unit for safe operation:

  • UP: Reserve open space above the top.
  • FRONT: Reserve open space.
  • LEFT/RIGHT: Reserve open space.
  • REAR: Reserve a distance of more than 15cm between the back and the wall.
  • Ensure no other obstructions are present on any side.
  • Place the product in a dry environment; do not use it outdoors.

Power Supply Connection and Power-On

  1. Connect the power supply: Use the provided power cord to connect the product to a three-pin socket.
  2. Power-on: Press the power button.

After connecting the power supply and turning on the product for the first time, let it run for 5-10 minutes to check for defects or unusual operating noise. If any abnormality is found, turn off the power supply and contact after-sales service personnel. Verify that the environment meets the use standard and the footboard is flat and stable. The product can be used after these inspections.

2 Operation Method

User Registration

Follow the prompts on the interface for registration, which is required for the first use. Download the Speediance app from the App Store or Google Play.

Ensure all required information is displayed correctly and the touch function is normal. Strength training can be carried out after function confirmation.

Moving Pulley Block

  1. Pull out the latch to unlock the support arm sleeve.
  2. Move the connector for automatic positioning.

Replacing Accessories

Unlocking Connector:

  1. Press the button.
  2. The steel ring disengages, and the connector is unlocked.

Locking Connector:

  1. Push up the steel ring.
  2. The connector is locked automatically.

The connector is compatible with all accessories (handle, leg shackle, double-headed rope, barbell, etc.). If the connector becomes loose, stop using the product immediately and contact Speediance after-sales service.

Unlocking Pulley Block

  1. Press the button to unlock the pulley block.
  2. Push up to take out the pulley block.

Locking Pulley Block

  1. Insert the pulley block to fix it.

Different training modes are accessible by changing the pulley block position. The support arm end can be locked similarly to the footboard end.

Folding/Unfolding Footboard

  1. Rotate the quick-release lever 120 degrees.
  2. Press the UNLOCK button to unlock the footboard.
  3. Fold the footboard; it will automatically lock to save space.

The operation for unfolding and folding is the same. Before unfolding, check for obstructions in the area to avoid safety hazards. After folding, confirm the indexing pin is locked to prevent unexpected drops.

Smart Handle

  • Check the two smart handles for appearance defects and normal function after power-on.
  • Connect the handles to the main unit via connectors (refer to P10 "Replacing accessories").
  • Press the button on either handle for Bluetooth pairing and wait for completion.
  • Course learning and training can begin after configuration.

Connecting the main unit: Press and hold the button for connection; the connection indicator stays on.

Replacing the battery: Open the battery cover and replace the battery.

Double-headed Rope

  • Check the double-headed rope for damage. If damaged, stop use and contact Speediance after-sales service.
  • Connect the rope to the main unit through the connector (refer to P10 "Replacing accessories").
  • Course learning and training can begin after installation.

Leg Shackle

  • Check the two leg shackles for damage. If damaged, stop use and contact Speediance after-sales service.
  • Open the leg shackle, place it on the ankle, pass one end through the D-shaped ring, and secure with hook and loop.

Barbell

  • Check the barbell for damage. If damaged, stop use and contact Speediance after-sales service.
  • Connect the barbell to the main unit through the connector (refer to P4 "Replacing accessories").
  • Course learning and training can begin after installation.

Barbell Controller

  • Check the barbell and its controller for damage. If damaged, stop use and contact Speediance after-sales service.
  • Connect the barbell to the main unit through the connector (refer to P4 "Replacing accessories").
  • Clamp the controller on the barbell, adjusting its angle for convenience.
  • Press and hold the "Pause ⏸️" button to activate Bluetooth pairing and wait for completion.
  • Course learning and training can begin after configuration.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Notice: Before cleaning, remove the power plug.

Cleaning

  • Clean dust from the back of the product and the ground to improve heat dissipation and save energy.
  • Use a soft towel or sponge with clear water or a non-corrosive neutral detergent. Wipe with clean water and dry with a dry cloth. Do not turn on the power supply until the product is naturally dried.
  • Prevent water droplets from entering product gaps during cleaning to avoid short circuits or electrical element damage.
  • For accessories, use a soft towel or sponge with clear water or a non-corrosive neutral detergent, wipe with clean water, and dry thoroughly. Do not use accessories until naturally dried.

Warning: Do not use hard brushes, steel wool, abrasive compounds, organic solvents (alcohol, acetone, banana oil), boiled water, or acid/alkaline substances, as they can damage the product surface.

Notice: Do not rinse the product with water, as it affects electrical insulation performance.

When the product is not in use for a long time, remove the power plug to prevent electric shock or fire due to power cord aging.

Common Faults and Troubleshooting

Treatment of problems other than faults

Notice: If no fault is identified but the product malfunctions, cut off the power supply and contact Speediance after-sales service.

4 Warranty and Service

Warranty scope

Notice: The warranty starts on the purchase date and is valid for 24 months for the machine and 12 months for accessories. Proof of purchase is required. Replacement parts are available for sale after the warranty period.

Warranty service will not be provided for:

  • Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, storage, or force majeure.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs.
  • Re-sold / second-hand items.

For warranty service due to performance failure within the warranty period, email service@speediance.com. They will respond as quickly as possible.

For quality issues, contact within 7 calendar days of receiving the product:

Enquiries will be processed within two working days after receiving your email.

Return & Refund Service

Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:

  1. The request is made beyond 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
  2. The product returned lacks original accessories, attachments, or packaging, or is not in new/like-new condition with damages.
  3. Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice) is not provided or is believed to be forged.
  4. Fault or damage is caused by unauthorized use, modification, exposure to moisture, foreign materials, or improper installation/operation.
  5. Product labels, serial numbers, or waterproof marks show signs of tampering.
  6. Damage is caused by uncontrollable external factors (fire, floods, high winds, lightning).
  7. The product is not delivered to Speediance within 7 calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation.
  8. Other circumstances not stated in this policy where applicable.

Refund Time

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and completed in approximately 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.

Return Shipping

Customers must pay for return shipping to the designated service center (including cross-border/international costs), unless the return is due to performance faults.

Replacement Fee

Speediance covers the two-way replacement freight for products sent in for replacement due to performance faults. The customer is responsible for this cost if the warranty period has expired.

Do not return any product without first receiving a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions from Speediance.

FCC Statement

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
