Troubleshooting
Problem | Solution |
---|---|
Water keeps spilling out of the water tray. | The filter may not be fully soaked. Please soak the filter in a clean bowl, rinse with water, and then re-install. Ensure the filter is fully soaked before turning on the fountain. |
The pump stops working. | 1. Ensure the water level is between the Min and Max marks. The pump may fail if it runs dry. 2. Clean the pump, food tank, and water tray. 3. If issues persist, contact support@petlibro.com. |
How often should I change the filter? Where to get them? | Filters and sponges should be replaced every 2 weeks. Contact support@petlibro.com to purchase new filters. |
Why do I need to soak the filter before first use? | Soaking the filter ensures it becomes saturated, allowing it to absorb more water and function correctly. It also helps remove any potential particles. |
Water output speed slows down. | For first-time use or after long-term storage, the pump may need to expel air. Slow water output is normal. Ensure the filter is not clogged. |
