This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to replace the roller brush on your Shark Navigator vacuum cleaner.
Tools Required
- 6-in-1 Screwdriver
- Phillips #2 Screwdriver
Replacement Procedure
Step 1: Roller Brush Compartment Access
Pop out the two small wheels located on the front end of the bottom of the roller brush compartment.
Step 2: Remove Compartment Screws
Remove the 10 Phillips screws located on the bottom of the roller brush compartment. Note that two of these screws are hidden beneath the wheels removed in the previous step. The screws vary in length; it is important to keep track of their original positions for correct reassembly.
Step 3: Remove Protective Cover
Remove the white plastic cover to expose the roller compartment underneath.
Step 4: Replace Roller Brush
Lift the roller brush out of its holders.
Reassembly
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
