Product Overview

This product is not suitable for primary heating purposes. This product is only suitable for well insulated spaces or occasional use.

The fan heater features the following controls:

• 1. Power-level control

Safety Instructions

Always follow these safety precautions to ensure safe operation:

• Read all instructions thoroughly before using the appliance and keep this manual for future reference.
• Verify that the mains voltage matches the voltage specified on the appliance's rating label and that the wall outlet is properly grounded.
• Always turn off and unplug the appliance from the power outlet when it is not in use or before moving it. To disconnect, pull the plug, not the cord.
• Avoid using an extension cord, as it may overheat and increase the risk of fire.
• Do not cover the air inlet or outlet openings while the appliance is operating.
• Do not immerse the cord, plug, or any non-removable part of the appliance in water or any other liquid. Ensure your hands are dry before handling the plug or switching on the appliance.
• Regularly inspect the power cord for visible damage. If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by authorized Cecotec Technical Support to prevent hazards.
• Do not place the device directly below a socket-outlet.
• This appliance is intended for household use only. Do not use it for industrial or commercial purposes.
• Keep the appliance away from heat sources, flammable substances, wet surfaces, and areas where it could fall into water or come into contact with liquids. Do not operate outdoors.
• Do not insert objects into the air inlet or outlet openings, as this may cause electric shock, fire or damage to the appliance.
• The appliance is not intended for use by children under 8 years old. It can be used by children aged 8 and above, provided they are under continuous supervision.
• Persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lacking experience and knowledge, may use this appliance if they are supervised or have received instruction on safe usage and understand the associated hazards.
• Supervise young children to ensure they do not play with the appliance. Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used by or near children.

Before Use

1. Carefully remove the product from its box and discard all packaging materials.
2. Inspect the product for any visible damage. If any damage is observed, contact Cecotec Technical Support as soon as possible for advice or repair.
3. Position the heater on a flat and stable surface.

Operation

• Temperature Knob: Turn the knob clockwise to increase the temperature and counter-clockwise to decrease it.
• Power-level Knob: This knob has 4 distinct positions: OFF, Fan, Low-power heating, and High-power heating.
• The appliance can be placed in 2 different positions for optimal use.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Always turn off, unplug, and allow the appliance to cool down completely before cleaning.
• Avoid using abrasive scouring pads, powders, or chemical cleaners on the product.
• Use a soft, slightly dampened, and clean cloth to wipe the exterior housing of the appliance. Exercise caution to avoid touching the heating elements.
• If the heater will not be used for an extended period, store it in a dry, safe location protected from dust.

Disposal of Old Electrical Appliances

This product is subject to European Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). Old household electrical appliances must not be disposed of with regular unsorted municipal waste. They must be collected separately to optimize material recovery and recycling, thereby reducing the impact on human health and the environment. The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol ?️ on the product signifies your obligation to dispose of the appliance correctly. If the product contains built-in or removable batteries, these must be removed and disposed of appropriately. Consumers should contact their local authorities or retailer for information on the correct disposal of old appliances and/or their batteries.

Technical Support Service and Warranty

This product is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, subject to submission of proof of purchase, the product being in perfect physical condition, and its use in accordance with this instruction manual.

The warranty does not cover the following situations:

• The product has been used for purposes other than those intended, misused, damaged, exposed to moisture, immersed in liquid or corrosive substances, or any other fault attributable to the customer.
• The product has been disassembled, modified, or repaired by persons not authorized by Cecotec's official Technical Support Service.
• Faults arising from normal wear and tear of its parts due to use.

The warranty service covers all manufacturing defects of your appliance for 2 years, in accordance with current legislation, excluding consumable parts. In case of misuse, the warranty will not apply.
