  • Do not park in lobbies, stairs, or exits.
  • Do not charge or park near combustibles. Charging time should not exceed 12 hours.
  • Prevent water from entering electrical components, especially the charging interface.
  • When adjusting saddle/stem, be careful not to expose safety scales.
  • Modifying the bike without authorization is prohibited.
  • Do not touch live components with wet hands or metal objects.
  • Do not disassemble electrical components without authorization.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight/rain.
  • Clean the frame with water and mild detergent; do not wash internal parts with water.

Note: Non-professionals should not perform maintenance. Contact customer service or a designated station.

Driving Safety

  • Observe national and local traffic regulations.
  • Persons under 16 years of age are prohibited from riding.
  • Drive in non-motorized lanes and obey speed limits.
  • Carry persons/objects according to the law.
  • Always wear a helmet and fasten it securely.
  • In rainy/snowy conditions, braking distance increases; ride cautiously.
  • Do not drink and drive; ride with both hands.
  • Wear brightly colored, non-restrictive clothing and low-heeled shoes.

Pre-Ride Inspection

  • Check instrument indicators and power supply.
  • Verify front and rear lighting is normal.
  • Ensure the bell is functional.
  • Check handlebar and seatpost are properly adjusted and tightened.
  • Check brake handles for reliability and reset.
  • Check tire pressure, wear, and for foreign objects.
  • Ensure wheel screws are locked and reflectors are intact.

Pushing and Parking Precautions

  • When parking, use the foot support on level ground and turn off the power.
  • Maintain and clean the bike regularly.

Vehicle Maintenance and Self-Check

  • Contact the manufacturer if any doubts arise after factory adjustment.
  • Frequently check tire pressure.
  • Regularly check and adjust main parts (handlebar, axles, chain, wheels, etc.) for smooth operation. Tighten loose nuts/screws.
  • Lubricate parts like axle bearings every six months with grease, and the chain/cables every two months with oil.
  • Replace damaged parts (brake pads, tires) with identical types.

Motor Maintenance

  • Do not open the sealed motor base or end cover.
  • Keep the motor clean; avoid foreign objects, corrosive liquids, or impacts.
  • The motor is waterproof to IPX5; do not use high-pressure water guns or submerge it.

Battery Maintenance

  • Lithium batteries have a long life, but usage affects service life. Charge frequently; do not wait for low power.
  • Initial charging: 6-8 hours, not exceeding 12 hours.
  • For long-term storage, charge for at least two hours monthly. Do not store at a loss state, as it causes permanent damage.

Danger: Do not dismantle old batteries without permission; recycle them properly.

Warning: Keep batteries away from flames, high temperatures, and direct sunlight.
