Assembly Steps
Step 1: Assemble Base Frame
Connect two E1 base connectors to two E2 base connectors using four 1420mm frame poles (Part 1). Attach one G connector to one E1/E2 junction and one F connector to the other E1/E2 junction. Then, attach two 1925mm frame poles (Part 2A) to the E1/E2 connectors, forming the rectangular base structure with four upright connection points.
Step 2: Attach Vertical Poles
Insert four 970mm vertical poles (Part 3A) into the corresponding connectors on the base frame. These will form the main vertical supports of the coop.
Step 3: Construct Roof Structure
Attach four 1540mm roof support poles (Part 4) to the top of the vertical poles (3A) using the D corner connectors. Secure these with screws (K). Connect the central roof peak connector (V) and two D connectors to the top of the vertical poles to form the gable ends of the roof structure.
Step 4: Add Horizontal and Diagonal Supports
Install the three 1925mm frame poles (Part 2) horizontally between the vertical poles. Add the 1850mm diagonal brace (Part 7) for structural stability, likely connecting opposite corners or along the roofline as indicated in the diagrams.
Step 5: Attach Wire Mesh Panels
Secure the two 1600mm mesh panels (Part A) and two 497mm mesh panels (Part C) to the assembled frame. Use the wire mesh clips (I) and screws (K) to fasten the edges of the mesh panels to the frame poles. The roll of wire mesh (Q) may be used to cover any remaining gaps or for additional reinforcement, secured with cable ties (R, O).
Step 6: Final Touches
Ensure all connections are tight. Use the Allen key (W) to fully tighten all screws (K, L). Insert the ground stakes (Part 10) into the base of the upright poles to anchor the coop securely to the ground.
