Assembly Steps
Step 01: Base Frame Assembly
Assemble the base frame. Connect base connectors (E1, E2) to the long tubes (Part 2A). Use screws (Part 1) for these connections. Attach the door hinge bracket (G) to the base. Ensure parts are aligned correctly, indicated by warning symbols ⚠️.
Step 02: Erecting Vertical Poles
Insert the vertical poles (Part 2A) into the base connectors (E1, E2). Attach medium tubes (Part 3A) vertically to the base frame using the connectors. Secure connections as indicated by warning symbols ⚠️.
Step 03: Roof Structure Formation
Attach 90-degree corner connectors (D) to the top of the vertical poles. Insert medium tubes (Part 4) into these connectors. Secure these connections using M6 screws (Part K). A T-junction connector (V) is also used in this step.
Step 04: Adding Horizontal Supports
Insert long tubes (Part 2) into the connectors at the top of the frame to form the upper horizontal supports. Add the very long tube (Part 7) as a central roof support. Secure all connections with M6 screws (Part K).
Step 05: Attaching Mesh and Roof Supports
Connect roof support brackets (T) to the roof structure using screws (Parts K and L). Attach short tubes (Part C) to the vertical frame. Attach long tubes (Part A) to the frame. Use small connectors (J) and connector plates (I) with screws (K) to secure the wire mesh (Part Q) to the frame. Details show how the mesh is attached.
Step 06: Completing the Structure
The coop is now covered with wire mesh on the sides and roof. The mesh is secured to the frame. Details illustrate the mesh attachment method.
Step 07: Final Assembly and Tightening
The assembled chicken coop is shown from multiple angles. Use the Allen key (Part W) to ensure all screws are tightened securely. Details show the final tightening process at the base.
