Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Assemble the Base Frame

Connect the base frame tubes (A) using the corner connectors (E2) and end frame connectors (E1). Use the provided screws (R) and Allen wrench (S) to secure the connections. Refer to Diagram 1 for detailed placement.

Step 2: Install Vertical Supports

Insert the vertical supports (3A) into the designated holes on the base frame. Ensure they are firmly seated. Refer to Diagram 2 for correct insertion.

Step 3: Add Roof Supports

Attach the roof support tubes (D) and vertical roof supports (H) to the top of the vertical supports. Use the appropriate connectors (E2, I) and screws (R, W) as shown in Diagram 3.

Step 4: Construct the Roof Structure

Connect the roof support tubes (2) and roof ridge connectors (T) to form the roof structure. Ensure all connections are secure. Refer to Diagram 4.

Step 5: Attach Mesh Panels

Carefully attach the hexagonal mesh panels (K) to the frame. Secure the panels using the provided clips or ties. Ensure a snug fit to prevent gaps. Refer to Diagram 5 for panel placement and securing methods.

Step 6: Install the Door

Assemble the door frame using tubes (A) and (C). Attach the door hinges (J) and lockable door latches (L) to the door frame and the main coop structure as shown in Diagram 6. Install the door handle (Q).

Step 7: Attach the Roof Cover

Drape the roof cover (M, P) over the assembled roof structure. Secure the cover using the provided ties or fasteners. Ensure it is taut and evenly distributed. Refer to Diagram 7.

Step 8: Final Touches

Insert ground stakes (O) through the base frame to secure the coop to the ground. Ensure all connections are tight and the structure is stable. Refer to the final assembly image and Diagram 8 for guidance.
