Introduction
The EX7710-BO is a member of the Zyxel MPro Mesh™ PLUS solution family. The MPro Mesh™ PLUS Solution includes the EX7710-BO, WX5610-BO, and the MPro Mesh™ PLUS App. For updated information, visit www.zyxel.com/us/en.

Step 1: Hardware Installation
1. Connect to Modem: Use the included Ethernet cable to connect the xDSL/cable/fiber modem's LAN port to the EX7710-BO's 10G WAN port.
2. Connect Power: Connect the power adapter to the EX7710-BO and wait for 2 minutes. Check the EX7710-BO front panel.
3. Check LEDs: The Power, Internet, WiFi, and WPS LEDs will light up when the setup is complete. If the lights do not turn on, retry steps 1-3 or contact your service provider.
LED Status Indicators
- POWER
- Blue On: Power is on.
- Blue Blinking: Starting up.
- Red On: System failure.
- Red Blinking: Upgrading firmware.
- INTERNET
- Blue On: Internet is ready.
- Blue Blinking: Transmitting/receiving internet data.
- Red On: Attempt to get an IP address failed.
- WiFi
- Blue On: 2.4G, 5G, and 6G wireless connections are ready.
- Blue Off: 2.4G, 5G, or 6G wireless connection is not ready or failed.
- Blue Blinking: Transmitting/receiving data.
- WPS
- Green Blinking: WPS in progress.
- Green Off: No WPS activity.
- Orange Blinking: IPTV SSID is pairing.
Step 2: WiFi Connection A or B
The label on the bottom of the EX7710-BO provides two ways to connect your wireless device to WiFi:
Method A: Scan QR Code to Connect WiFi
1. Use your wireless device to scan the QR code on the EX7710-BO's bottom label.
2. After scanning the QR code, join this WiFi network and you can surf the internet.
Method B: Using the SSID Method to Connect WiFi
1. The WiFi network name (SSID) and password are on the EX7710-BO's bottom label.
2. On your wireless device, find this SSID and enter the WiFi Password on your wireless clients to surf the internet.

Step 3: App Management
1. After successfully surfing the internet, download the MPro Mesh™ PLUS app to your wireless device from [Google Play Store] or [Apple App Store].
2. Open the app and enter the serial number from the EX7710-BO's bottom label.

Adding a Wireless Extender
To add a wireless extender to your EX7710-BO's WiFi network, press the EX7710-BO's WPS button once, and then press the WPS button on your extender within 120 seconds to start the WPS process.
