Product Overview

The Creative Outlier Free Mini is a pair of bone conduction Bluetooth headphones. Key components include:

• 1) LED Indicator: Provides status information.
• 2) Omni-directional Microphone: For calls and voice commands.
• 3) Magnetic Charging Port: For connecting the charging cable.
• 4) Volume + Button: Increases volume or skips tracks forward.
• 5) Multifunction Button: Controls power (On/Off), playback (Play/Pause), calls, Bluetooth connection, and Low Latency mode.

Note: Voice Assistant and Low Latency functions can only be activated when no audio is playing.

• Bluetooth Connection Established: Blinks Blue Once Every 5 Seconds (when audio playing) or Blinks Blue Twice Every 5 Seconds (when no audio playing).

Controls and Operations

Powering On / Off

To Power On: Press and hold the Multifunction Button for 2 seconds.

To Power Off: Press and hold the Multifunction Button for 3 seconds.

Manually Initiate Bluetooth Pairing

With the headphones powered off, press and hold the Multifunction Button for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode. (Note: The headphones automatically initiate Bluetooth pairing upon first power-on. Manual pairing is only possible when the headphones are powered off.)

Playback Mode

Play/Pause: Single press (x1) the Multifunction Button.

Next Track: Double press (x2) the Multifunction Button.

Previous Track: Triple press (x3) the Multifunction Button.

Call Mode

Answer/End Call: Single press (x1) the Multifunction Button.

Reject Call: Press and hold the Multifunction Button for 1 second.

Voice Assistant / Low Latency

Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant): Triple press (x3) the Multifunction Button.

Toggle Low Latency Mode: Quadruple press (x4) the Multifunction Button.

Charging the Creative Outlier Free Mini

Ensure the magnetic charging cable is securely connected to the headphones' magnetic charging port before connecting to a power source. If the cable is not secured or connected incorrectly, remove and reconnect it properly. A secure connection is essential to prevent short circuits.

WARNING: Keep the device and charging cable in a well-ventilated area, away from heat sources. Unplug the cable when fully charged or unused to prevent battery damage.

Multipoint Pairing

To connect to two devices simultaneously:

1. Disconnect the headphones from the first mobile device. They will automatically initiate Bluetooth pairing.
2. On the second mobile device, select the headphones from the list of discovered devices to pair.
3. Once paired with the second device, reconnect the first mobile device to complete Multipoint Pairing.

Multipoint connection is established when Bluetooth is active on both devices.

Master Reset

To reset the headphones to factory settings:

1. Enter Bluetooth pairing mode (headphones powered off, press and hold Multifunction Button for 5 seconds).
2. Press and hold both the Volume + and Volume - buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.

Upon completion, the headphones will play a "Power Off" voice prompt and shut down. This is useful for resolving issues like pairing failures or random LED blinking.
