Controls
Power On/Off
Press and hold the [Multi-function button]:
- 2 seconds: ▶️ [Power On]
- 3 seconds: ⏹️ [Power Off]
Manual Bluetooth Pairing
Press and hold the [Multi-function button] for 5 seconds to initiate pairing.
Note: The headphones automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode upon first power-on. To manually initiate pairing when already connected to a device, first turn off the headphones.
Playback and Call Management
Using the [Multi-function button]:
- Single Press (x1): ▶️/⏸️ [Play/Pause] audio; ? [Answer/End Call].
- Double Press (x2): ?️ [Voice Assistant] (Siri/Google Assistant).
- Press and hold 1 second: ⚡ [Low Latency] mode ON/OFF.
Note: Voice assistant and low latency functions can only be activated when no audio is playing.
Multipoint Pairing
Connect to two devices simultaneously:
- Disconnect the headphones from the first paired device. They will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
- On the second device, select the headphones from the list of detected Bluetooth devices to pair.
- After successfully pairing with the second device, reconnect the first device to complete the Multipoint pairing process.
Multipoint connection is established by following these steps in order and ensuring Bluetooth is enabled on both devices.
LED Indicators
- Low Battery: Flashes red every 3 seconds.
- Charging: Solid red light.
- Fully Charged: Solid blue light.
- Bluetooth Pairing / Multipoint Connection: Alternating red and blue lights.
- Bluetooth Connected: Flashes blue every 5 seconds during audio playback. Flashes blue twice every 5 seconds when idle (no audio playing).
Charging the Headphones
Ensure the magnetic charging cable is correctly connected to the magnetic charging port on the headphones. An incorrect or loose connection may prevent charging and could lead to short circuits.
Factory Reset
To perform a factory reset:
- Put the headphones into Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Simultaneously press and hold the [Volume Up] button and the [Volume Down] button for five seconds.
A "Power Off" voice prompt will be heard before the headphones shut down. This reset is useful for resolving issues such as Bluetooth pairing errors, erratic LED behavior, or to clear all stored data.
