1. Overview

The Creative Outlier Free+ headphones utilize adjustable bone conduction transducers to deliver an improved listening experience. They are designed to direct vibrations and sound waves to the optimal position, providing a richer sound output.

Key Components:

• 1. Adjustable Bone Conduction Transducers: For personalized sound delivery and comfort.
• 2. Magnetic Charging Port: Facilitates easy and secure charging.
• 3. LED Indicator: Displays charging status and Bluetooth connectivity.
• 4. Volume + Button: Increases audio volume.
• 5. Multifunction Button: Controls power (On/Off), playback (Play/Pause), call management (Answer/End/Reject), Bluetooth connection initiation, and Low Latency mode activation.

2. Multipoint Pairing

Enable simultaneous connection to two mobile devices.

1. Disconnect the headphones from the first mobile device. The headphones will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode upon disconnection.
2. On the second mobile device, select the headphones from the list of discovered devices to pair.
3. After successful pairing with the second device, reconnect the first mobile device to the headphones to complete Multipoint Pairing.

Multipoint connection is established when these steps are completed successfully and Bluetooth is enabled on both mobile devices.

3. Controls

Powering On/Off

• Power On: Press and hold the Multifunction Button for 2 seconds.
• Power Off: Press and hold the Multifunction Button for 3 seconds.

Note: The Creative Outlier Free+ automatically initiates Bluetooth pairing upon first power-on. To manually initiate Bluetooth pairing mode after the headphones have been paired with a device, they must first be powered off.

Manually Initiate Bluetooth Pairing

With the headphones powered off, press and hold the Multifunction Button for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode.

Playback Mode

• Play/Pause: Single press of the Multifunction Button.
• Next Track: Double press the Multifunction Button.
• Previous Track: Triple press the Multifunction Button.
• Volume Up: Press the Volume + Button.
• Volume Down: Press the Volume - Button.
• Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant): Press and hold the Multifunction Button for 1 second.

Call Mode

• Answer/End Call: Single press of the Multifunction Button.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the Multifunction Button for 1 second.

Note: Voice Assistant and the Low Latency switch can only be triggered when no audio is playing.

4. LED Indicators

• Low Battery: Blinks red every 3 seconds.
• Charging: Solid red light.
• Fully Charged: Solid blue light.
• Bluetooth Pairing / Multipoint Connectivity: Alternating red and blue lights.
• Bluetooth Connection Established:
  • Blinks blue once every 5 seconds when audio is playing.
  • Blinks blue twice every 5 seconds when no audio is playing.

5. Charging Creative Outlier Free+

Ensure the magnetic charging cable is securely connected to the headphones' magnetic charging port before connecting it to a power source. If the cable is not secured or is connected incorrectly, remove and reconnect it properly. Secure connection is essential to prevent short circuits.

WARNING: Keep the device and charging cable in a well-ventilated area, away from heat sources and other property, especially during charging. Unplug the charging cable from the power outlet or USB port when the battery is fully charged or when the device is unused. Leaving it plugged in risks damage to the battery and/or device.

6. Master Reset

To initiate a Master Reset, enter Bluetooth pairing mode (headphones off, press and hold Multifunction Button for 5 seconds), then press and hold both the Volume + and Volume - buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. Upon completion, the headphones will play a "Power Off" voice prompt before shutting down.

A Master Reset is recommended for troubleshooting issues such as Bluetooth pairing failure, random LED blinking, or to clear all user data.
