The following hardware is included for attaching the brackets to the mirror frame:
- 2 x Brackets (Part Numbers: 10146789, 10146788)
- 2 x Screws (Part Number: 111275) - for attaching brackets to mirror
Installation Guide
Follow these steps to install your HOVET mirror. Ensure you have the correct wall-mounting hardware before starting.
Step 1: Attach Brackets to Mirror
Using the included screws (111275) and fasteners (10146789, 10146788), securely attach the two brackets to the designated mounting points on the back of the mirror frame. Ensure they are firmly tightened.
Step 2: Determine Mirror Orientation and Mark Wall
For Vertical Installation:
Measure and mark two points on the wall where the mirror will be hung. The distance between these two points should be 764 mm (30 1/16"). Use a spirit level to ensure the marks are perfectly vertical.
For Horizontal Installation:
Measure and mark two points on the wall where the mirror will be hung. The distance between these two points should be 1944 mm (76 9/16"). Use a spirit level to ensure the marks are perfectly horizontal.
Step 3: Prepare Wall for Mounting
Drill holes at the marked points on the wall. Insert appropriate wall anchors suitable for your wall type. Then, insert screws (not included) into the anchors, leaving them protruding slightly to allow the mirror brackets to hook onto them.
Step 4: Hang the Mirror
Carefully lift the mirror and align the attached brackets with the protruding wall screws. Hook the brackets onto the screws/anchors to hang the mirror securely.
Step 5: Final Check
Gently test the mirror to ensure it is stable and securely mounted to the wall.
