2 Software Download
Visit http://www.eye4.so for software download and installation.
Alternatively, scan the QR code to download the software.
3 Register Account
For Android / iOS client APP, please select "Register now", click to enter the registration page, enter user name, password, then confirm to complete the registration.
4 Add Device
APP Add Indoor Unit
- Login to the APP, click the "➕" button, choose to add "smart camera doorbell"; follow the APP prompt instructions, and click Next.
- First-time addition requires entering the phone's connected WiFi name and password. Then, proceed to the next step. The APP will find nearby smart doorcams. Custom name click binding will initiate the automatic network configuration status (this process lasts about 20 seconds). Successfully bound doorcams will automatically show in the APP.
Note: If the indicator does not flash once per second, please reset the indoor unit. Reset method: Long press the function key for 3-5 seconds, then release.
Re-match Units
Note: The indoor unit and outdoor unit are matched before leaving the factory. In case of unexpected circumstances where the device cannot be used, please follow the method below to re-match the two units:
- Long press the indoor unit function keys for 10 seconds to enter the waiting code matching status.
- Press the outdoor unit for 3 seconds to send the code to the indoor unit. Code matching is now complete.
5 How to Use and Set Up
- When a visitor presses the doorbell, the outdoor unit will take a snapshot and push the picture to the smartphone. The indoor unit will also issue a corresponding notice tone.
- Click the upper right corner icon on the APP home page to enter the doorbell settings. Here you can configure whether to receive push notifications and turn the tamper alarm function on or off.

- Visitor records, visitor snapshots, and other information are stored in the cloud, accessible anytime, anywhere.
- Pressing the doorbell will automatically take a snapshot and push it to the smartphone APP.
