1. Download Software
Scan the QR code to download the application.

- For iOS, go to the App Store and search for EYE4.
- The application supports connection from third-party applications, so it is not necessary to register a new account.
2. Adding the Camera to the Wi-Fi Network
First, connect to the network with your mobile phone. The camera will not support connection via hotspot or public Wi-Fi.
Video guide: You can use a mobile web browser to scan the QR code below. On the scan page, find your camera model (mentioned on its packaging) and then find the 'Video tutorial' section. Follow the steps in the guide to configure the camera.

Written Guide
- Connect the camera to a power source and wait 1 minute for it to turn on; it will emit a voice command while waiting for the Wi-Fi network. If you do not hear the voice command, reset the camera. Reset method: the camera has a hole on the back labeled 'Reset'; insert a pin into this hole and press for 3-10 seconds. You will hear the camera's voice command 'Reset completed, will reset the device' - the reset was successful.
- Register in the application and press the ➕ button in the top-right corner of the application.
2.1 Scan QR Code
If your phone is Android, follow the steps below; if you use iOS, the following section will explain the steps for this operating system.
ANDROID
- Scan the QR code on the camera (on its back). After successful scanning, your Wi-Fi network information will appear in the application.
- Please confirm that this is your Wi-Fi network, enter the password, and press 'Next'.
Ensure that the Wi-Fi password does not contain spaces or special characters and that it is entered correctly, otherwise the application will not function.

iOS
- Open the mobile application, press the ➕ button in the top-right corner, scan the QR code on the camera. After successful scanning, the application will first connect to the camera's hotspot. Please press 'Go to Setup' (at the bottom of the page), find the camera's hotspot IPC-xxxxxx and connect to it.
- Note: After pressing the settings button ⚙️, the application will open a menu; please go to Wi-Fi settings and connect to the camera's hotspot.

- After the phone connects to the camera, return to the application. Wait 5 seconds, the application will jump to the next step, displaying the Wi-Fi networks your phone has previously connected to. Select a network, enter its password, and press 'Next'.
Ensure that you have entered the password correctly and that it does not contain special characters or spaces.

After approximately 20 seconds, the camera emits a voice command indicating successful network connection, and the application jumps to the start page where you can view the camera's live images.
Note: After configuration, the camera may show 'Offline'; wait 10-15 seconds, restart the camera by pulling down the page screen. Once the camera becomes online, tap the camera image and change its password ?, for security reasons.

2.2 Other Connection Methods
1. Manual Method
Press 'Others' … More -> 'IP Camera' -> 'AP Mode Adding' ? AP Mode.
Then, press 'There is a router' and go to the next page. Press the camera's reset button ? for 3 seconds to switch to Wi-Fi hotspot mode. Then, follow the connection methods for Android and iOS above and perform the same steps.

Note: The following guide does not apply to the G69 model; it applies only to cameras with a network interface such as C46, C46S etc.
Note: If the described adding method fails, you can use the 'Search in LAN' ? LAN or 'Manually add' ✍️ Manual method.
2. LAN Connection Method
Connect the camera to the router's LAN port using a network cable. After everything is connected, the network indicator LED will flash.
Press 'Search in LAN' ? LAN to find cameras connected to the same router as your phone. After the network LED indicator behaves normally, press 'Next'.
The application will start searching for the camera; it will take approximately 30 seconds; after the camera is found, the application will jump to the 'Add it' page - press '1' to connect the camera.
Note: If the connection interface does not appear, return to the previous connection methods, especially the manual one.

3. Manual Connection Method
Note: After the camera has been added via the 'Search in LAN' or 'Manually add' method, if you want the camera to function in Wi-Fi mode, follow the steps below:
- On the application's home page, press the 3 dots ⚙️ in the top-right corner of the camera image screen -> Settings ⚙️ -> Wi-Fi ?, select the desired network to connect to with your phone, enter the password ?, and press DONE.
- Wait until the camera transmits the message 'Remove the network cable, camera will restart..'; disconnect the network cable and do not turn off the camera.

Remove the network cable, the camera will restart on its own.
Note: If the setup failed, return to the LAN or manual method.
3. Changing the Password
For the security of your images and privacy, the camera's password must be changed after connecting it to the application.
Method: In the application's main page, press the Play button ▶️, create a new password ?, and press Submit; the new password will take effect 10 seconds after setting.

4. Cloud Storage
The camera supports cloud storage (where the Cloud service is enabled, depending on your region). After the Cloud function is activated, once motion is detected, the camera will take a photo and store it on the Cloud server for future verification.
4.1 How to activate Cloud function?
Press the 3 dots ⚙️ in the top-right corner of the application's main page, select Cloud Storage ☁️ Storage, and then Activation - the Cloud interface will open.

4.2 How to view Cloud files?
Press the same 3 dots ⚙️ in the top-right of the application, select Cloud Storage ☁️ Storage, drag the image down the screen to view the files.
Note: Blue parts signify recorded video files. Press them to view them. Grey parts represent periods of time when no video was recorded. You will have a timeline bar at the bottom. Press the calendar icon ? at point 1 to select a specific date.

4.3 How to renew Cloud service?
Cloud service renewal is necessary once it expires.
Press the clock icon ⏰ in the top-right of the Cloud interface above to open a service renewal interface. Press Renewal Renew on the top-left (bottom of the interface) to see the Cloud package details. You can choose a package according to your preferences.
Note: There are two loop recording modes: 7 / 30 days. The 7-day option means files can be saved for 7 days, the 30-day option can save files for 30 days. After that, videos will be saved according to plans such as one month, 6 months, and 12 months respectively. For more information, press See More in the service renewal interface.
Note: Due to market differences and national policies, the service price will vary slightly depending on the region where you will use the camera.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do I reset the camera to factory settings?
Press the reset button ? for 10 seconds to reset the camera. The default password is 888888. Please change the password ? for obvious security reasons.
2. Any tips for Wi-Fi connection?
The camera only supports 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi frequencies and 802.11b/g/n networks.
- a. The Wi-Fi password should be less than 16 characters and should not contain special characters or spaces.
- b. Please update the application to its latest version.
3. I have no night vision.
- a. Check the IR function - it must be activated.
- b. Check the IR LED: it must be on.
- c. Reset the camera to factory settings.
- d. Update the camera's firmware version to the latest version.
4. The camera image is blurry, unclear.
- a. Enter the image viewing interface and change the resolution to HD mode.
- b. Clean the camera lens.
