1. Product Description
The VStarcam D1 outdoor unit is depicted. It features a circular Lens for capturing video, below which is a horizontal LED white light. A prominent Doorbell button is located centrally. At the bottom, there is a Buzzer speaker grille and an Indicator light.
The VStarcam D1 indoor unit is shown as a rectangular device. It has a circular Function key on the top left, an Indicator light next to it, and a large area with multiple small circles representing the Buzzer speaker on the bottom left.

3. Software Download
To download the software and install, visit http://www.eye4.so or scan the QR code provided in the original document.
4. Setup and Installation
4.1 Register Account
On the Android or iOS client APP, select "Register now", enter your username and password on the registration page, and confirm to complete the registration.
4.2 Add Device
APP Add Indoor Unit:
- Login to the APP, click the "+" button, choose to add "smart camera doorbell", and follow the APP prompt instructions, then click Next.
- Power on the device. Press the switch button for approximately 3-5 seconds and then release. The indicator light should blink every second.
- Note: If the indicator does not flash once per second, reset the indoor unit by long-pressing the function key for 3-5 seconds.
Network Configuration:
- For the first-time addition, connect your phone to the desired WiFi network and enter the WiFi name and password.
- The APP will search for nearby smart doorcams.
- Enter a custom name for the doorcam and click "binding". This initiates the automatic network configuration status, which lasts about 20 seconds.
- Once successfully bound, the doorcam will automatically appear in the APP.
Unit Re-matching (if necessary):
Note: The indoor and outdoor units are matched before factory shipment. In case of unexpected circumstances where the device cannot be used, follow this method to re-match the two units:
- Long press the indoor unit function keys for 10 seconds to enter the waiting code matching status.
- Press the outdoor unit for 3 seconds to send the code to the indoor unit. Code matching is now complete.
5. How to Use
When a visitor presses the doorcam, the outdoor unit will take a snapshot and push the picture to your smartphone. The indoor unit will also emit a corresponding notice tone.
Click the upper right corner icon on the APP home page to enter the doorcam settings. Here you can configure whether to receive push notifications and turn the tamper alarm function on or off.

- Visitor records, visitor snapshots, and other information are stored in the cloud and can be checked anytime, anywhere.
- Pressing the doorcam automatically triggers a snapshot and push notification to the smartphone APP.
