Clearance Requirements for Combustible Materials
The power supply can be used where normally flammable materials, including building insulation, are or may be present, but cannot be abutted against any material and cannot be covered in normal use. A minimum clearance distance from the top and sides of the control gear to normally flammable building elements is 75mm. This is illustrated in the diagram, where A, B, and C represent minimum clearance distances of 75mm.
Diagram Description: The diagram shows a power supply unit (LED Drivers) positioned near a combustible building element. It indicates required minimum clearances (A, B, C) of 75mm from the control gear to the building element, which may include loose fill insulation or loose combustible materials. A barrier may be required for such materials.
