Product Overview
The humidifier features the following key components:

Controls and Function
The humidifier is operated via several touch-sensitive buttons:
- Mist Button: Touch to cycle through three mist levels: high, medium, and low.
- Light Button: Touch to turn the ambient light on or off. Long press for 2 seconds to change the light color.
- Timer Button: Touch to cycle through timer settings: 2 hours, 4 hours, and 6 hours. Long press for 10 seconds to reset all connection data.
- Power Button: Touch to turn the humidifier on or off. Long press for 2 seconds to activate or deactivate the safety lock.
Note: Resetting the device (long press on Timer Button for 10 seconds) will clear all connection data. The humidifier must be removed from the VOCOlinc app and added back after a reset.
Use Your Humidifier
- Remove the cover from the water tank.
- Fill the water tank with filtered or distilled water, ensuring the temperature is below 50°C [degrees Celsius], until it reaches the max waterline.
- Replace the cover securely.
- Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet and touch the Mist Button to begin operation.
Note: The amount and intensity of the mist can vary based on the type and amount of water used, ambient humidity, temperature, and air currents.
Safety Warnings
- Do not install or operate the humidifier with wet hands or while standing on damp surfaces.
- Avoid placing the humidifier near potentially hazardous sources like heaters, flammable gas, or combustible materials.
- Do not place the humidifier on an inclined surface.
- Position the humidifier at least 12 inches [inches] (30 cm [centimeters]) away from walls, other appliances, or wooden furniture.
- Keep the humidifier and its components away from direct sunlight, splashes, water drops, or high-humidity environments.
- Ensure the humidifier is kept out of reach of patients, children, and pets.
- Always turn off and unplug the product from the power source before cleaning.
- Use a soft, damp cloth with mild detergent for cleaning. Avoid acids or enzyme detergents, as they may release hazardous gases or cause malfunctions.
- If the humidifier is accidentally knocked over during use, turn it off immediately and unplug it from the power source.
- Do not use the humidifier if the power cord is damaged. Contact customer service for assistance.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the humidifier yourself to ensure your safety.
- Do not add water into the air outlet or pour water from it.
- Do not tilt the humidifier when the water tank is full to prevent leakage and water from entering the air outlet.
- Do not direct the mist nozzle towards a wall.
- Do not cover the mist nozzle with your hand or any other objects while the unit is misting.
Clean Your Humidifier
For continuous use every 3 to 5 days, follow these cleaning steps:
- Unplug the humidifier from the power outlet and remove the cover.
- Pour out any remaining water from the tank.
- Clean the water tank and cover using a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent.
- Gently wipe the humidifier with a dry cloth and replace the cover.
Note: If the humidifier will not be used for an extended period, drain the water from the tank.
Connect with the VOCOlinc App
System Requirements
Before pairing, ensure your iOS/Android device is running the latest version and your Wi-Fi router supports 2.4 GHz [Hertz] (5 GHz [Hertz] is not supported).
Adding Instructions
- Download the VOCOlinc app from the [App Store] (iOS) or [Google Play] (Android).
- Open the VOCOlinc app. Tap the [+] icon in the top right corner to access the "Add Accessory" page. For Android devices, tap "Model" first.
- Navigate to "Wellbeing" and select "VHI". Read the on-screen notes and proceed to the next step.
- For iOS devices, scan the provided QR code or the QR code on the humidifier to find and add the accessory. Android devices will automatically search for the accessory to complete the pairing process.
Note: If pairing fails, consult the "Tips" section in the app for guidance. For further assistance, tap "Help" or "Contact VOCOlinc". You can also visit the "User" page and tap "FAQ" or "Contact customer service".
Firmware Updates
It is recommended to update the firmware whenever an update is available to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Open the VOCOlinc app.
- On the "Home" page, tap the device icon to access the device's page.
- Tap "Update" if a "Firmware update" notification appears.
- Allow a few minutes for the update to complete. Do not exit the app during the update process.
Note: Firmware update prompts are only received when the device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your smartphone.
Voice Control with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant
Link VOCOlinc to Amazon Alexa
- Download and log in to your account on the Amazon Alexa app from the [App Store] (iOS) or [Google Play] (Android).
- Open the VOCOlinc app. Navigate to "User" > "3rd party connection" and select "Link to Amazon Alexa".
- Tap "LOGIN WITH AMAZON" and then "Link" within the Amazon Alexa app. A "Status - Account Linking Succeeded" message in the VOCOlinc app confirms the link.
- Open the Amazon Alexa app, tap "More", then "DISCOVER ALEXA" page, and check "Your Skills". Tap "VOCOlinc" to view added devices and wait for them to sync.
- You can now use voice commands with Amazon Alexa to control your devices remotely.
Link VOCOlinc to Google Home
- Download and log in to your account on the Google Home app from the [App Store] (iOS) or [Google Play] (Android).
- Open the VOCOlinc app. Navigate to "User" > "3rd party connection" and select "Link to Google Home".
- Tap "GO TO LINK" to open the Google Home app. Tap the [+] icon in the top left corner to access the "Add and manage" page.
- Tap "Set up device" and select "Works with Google".
- Search for "VOCOlinc" and sign in. A "VOCOlinc is linked" message indicates a successful connection.
- Once all VOCOlinc devices are synced to Google Home, you can enjoy hands-free control.
