Description

The VOCOlinc VH1 MistFlow Smart Humidifier/Diffuser is compatible with Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, and the Google Assistant. Users can check its status or control it wirelessly via voice commands or the VOCOlinc/Home app using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

It features a customizable rainbow-spectrum mood light, allowing users to select colors suitable for their mood or occasion. Automation features include scheduling, auto-target humidity, and various light effects.

The MistFlow enhances health and sleep for families. Its substantial capacity and mist output are ideal for medium-sized rooms and offices, covering up to 430 sq ft (40 sq m). The top-fill design simplifies cleaning and refilling.

Controls

The device features two primary touch controls:

• Control 1 (Mist): Tap to set mist level between High and Low. Long press to set the timer for 2, 4, or 6 hours.
• Control 2 (Light): Tap to turn the mood light on or off. Long press to cycle through and change the light color.

Specifications

Factory Reset

To perform a factory reset, simultaneously press and hold both the LIGHT and MIST buttons for 10 seconds. The mood light will blink and then illuminate, indicating the device is in pairing mode. Follow the instructions in the VOCOlinc/Home app to reconnect the device to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

Firmware Update

To ensure the best experience with VOCOlinc products, it is recommended to update the firmware when new versions are available. Follow these steps:

1. Open the VOCOlinc app.
2. Long press the device icon to access its main page.
3. Locate "Firmware update" and tap "Update" when prompted.

Note: Firmware update notifications will only appear for devices that are currently reachable and have an available update. It is crucial to keep the VOCOlinc app running during the update process and avoid minimizing, closing, or interrupting it until the update is successfully completed to prevent potential issues.

Warnings

• The amount and intensity of mist produced can vary based on water type, water level, humidity, temperature, and air currents. These variations are normal and not considered faults.
• Only use 100% natural water-soluble essential oils. Oils containing chemical ingredients, artificial flavors, or impurities may damage the device.
• Always clean the water tank before switching to a different essential oil.

Accidental Leakage

If the unit is knocked over or tipped during use, follow these steps to prevent damage:

1. Unplug the device and remove the cover.
2. Empty any remaining water from the water tank.
3. Gently shake out residual water and allow the device to air dry in an open space for at least 24 hours.

Maintenance

After continuous operation or every 3-5 days, clean the device as follows:

1. Unplug the device and remove the cover.
2. Empty any remaining water from the tank.
3. Clean the device with warm water, adding a few drops of mild dishwashing detergent. Wipe gently with a dry cloth.
4. Avoid using acids or enzyme-based detergents, as they can release hazardous gases or cause malfunctions. Always opt for a mild detergent.
5. If the humidifier will not be used for an extended period, drain the water from the tank.
