Training Information
Training Preparations
Ensure the training equipment is in perfect condition and your body is ready for training. If you have not trained for a long time, consult your doctor for a fitness check-up and discuss your training goals. This is especially important for individuals over 35, overweight, or with cardiovascular issues.
Workout Planning
Effective training requires planning. Integrate fitness into your daily routine and plan long-term. Maintain motivation, perhaps by listening to music. Set realistic goals (e.g., weight loss, strength increase) and reward yourself upon achievement.
Training Frequency
Experts recommend 3-4 training sessions per week. Allow sufficient recovery time between sessions. Take at least one day off after each training session.
Hydration
Adequate fluid intake is essential. During a 60-minute session, up to 0.5 liters of fluid can be lost. An apple spritzer (1/3 apple juice, 2/3 mineral water) is recommended to replenish electrolytes and minerals. Drink approximately 330 ml 30 minutes before training and maintain balanced fluid intake during the workout.
Warm-Up
Perform a 5-7 minute low-intensity warm-up using activities like skipping rope or a cross trainer before each session.
Cool-Down
After training, cool down for 5-7 minutes at low intensity on equipment like an exercise bike or cross trainer. Follow with stretching exercises.
Warm-Up and Stretching
Thighs
Support yourself with a hand against a wall or the equipment. Lift your left foot backward, holding it with your left hand, keeping your knee pointed down. Pull your thigh back until a slight stretch is felt. Hold for 15-20 seconds. Repeat with the right leg.

Legs and lower back
Sit on the floor with legs extended. Reach for your feet with both hands, stretching your arms and bending your upper body forward slightly. Hold for 15-20 seconds. Release and slowly straighten your upper body.

Triceps and shoulder
Reach behind your head to your right shoulder with your left hand. Pull your left elbow with your right hand until a slight tug is felt. Hold for 15-20 seconds. Repeat with the right arm.
