Control Panel
The control panel features the following buttons and a selector knob:

Display Area: Provides information on selected programs, cycle phases, time remaining, AutoDose status, energy/water consumption, button lock status, temperature, spin speed, and delayed start times.

Notes:
- '**' indicates duration can be checked on the display.
- '*' Spin & Drain cycle excludes spin if selected.
- (1) Eco 40-60: Test cycle in compliance with EU Ecodesign regulation 2019/2014. Most efficient for normally soiled cotton laundry. Autodose disabled, powder detergent recommended.
- (2) Long cotton cycle: set "Cotton " at 40°C.
- (3) Long synthetics cycle: set "Synthetics " at 40°C.
- Cycle duration is an estimate and may vary based on water pressure, temperature, load, etc.
- Spin speed values on display may slightly differ from table values.
Product Description
The washing machine comprises the following parts:
- Top
- Detergent dispenser drawer
- Control panel
- Handle (for door)
- Porthole door
- Pump Filter / Emergency drain hose (behind cover flap)
- Adjustable feet (4)
Detergent Dispenser Drawer
Handle the dispenser with care. Avoid pulling or pushing hard.
AUTOMATIC DOSING: Only use liquid detergent for tanks "1" and "2". Never use powder detergent.
Detergent Dispenser Layout:
- Tank 1: Liquid generic detergent OR Liquid specific detergent (e.g., for colours, wool, sports garments). Maximum filling quantity: 800 ml.
- Tank 2: Fabric softener. Maximum filling quantity: 400 ml. Fabric softener can only be used with automatic dosing.
MANUAL DOSING:
- Detergent compartment (3): For powder or liquid detergent, or additives. If using powder, fill only up to the "max" mark.
- Release button (4): Press down to remove the drawer for cleaning.
When the display warns "It's recommended to clean the detergent drawer", follow instructions in the 'Care and Maintenance' section. Ensure dispensers are empty before cleaning if the warning appears.
Detailed Wash Cycles
Follow garment care label symbols for optimal washing.
- Mixed Extra Silence: For quiet operation (below 60db), ideal for night use. Designed for half loads and mixed fibers (cotton & synthetics). Includes FreshCare+ option.
- Mixed: For lightly to normally soiled resilient garments in cotton, linen, synthetic, and mixed fibers.
- Synthetics: For moderately soiled garments made of synthetic fibers (polyester, polyacrylic, viscose) or mixed synthetic-cotton fibers.
- Cotton: For normally to heavily soiled and robust cottons.
- Delicates: For very delicate garments. Turn inside out. Use liquid detergent for best results.
- 20°C: For lightly soiled cotton garments at 20°C.
- Wool: Suitable for all wool garments, including "hand-wash only" labels. Use special detergents, do not exceed max load.
- Spin & Drain: Spins the load then empties water. Exclude spin to drain only. For resilient garments.
- Rinse & Spin: Rinses and then spins. For resilient garments.
- Anti Allergy: Removes major allergens (pollen, mites, pet hair) using high-temperature technology and extra rinses. Works at 60°C for at least 30 minutes.
- More Cycles: Access additional cycles via the control dial.
- Shirts: Special cycle for shirts of different fabrics and colours.
- Jeans: Turn inside out, use liquid detergent.
- Bed & Bath: For bed linen and towels. Optimises softener use, saves time/electricity. Powder detergent recommended.
- Duvet: For eiderdown padded items (duvets, cushions, anoraks). Load edges inwards, do not exceed 1/3 drum volume. Liquid detergent recommended.
- Silk & Curtains: For silk garments or curtains. Use special delicate detergent. Fold curtains and place in a pillow case or mesh bag.
- Baby: Removes soiling and detergent traces from nappies to prevent skin reactions. Uses more water and optimises disinfecting additives.
- Cuddly toys: Specific programme for washing cuddly toys.
- Pets Stuff: For removing animal hair from pet bedding and items.
- Multi Color: For washing multi-coloured items together. Works at 20°C with performance of 40°C. Use low-temperature detergent for coloured clothes. Separate new coloured items.
- Anti Stain: For heavily-soiled garments with resistant colours. Ensures higher washing class. Do not mix colours. Pre-treatment recommended for obstinate stains. Use powder detergent.
- Eco 40-60: Standard cotton programme, most efficient for energy/water. For normally soiled cottons washable at 40°C or 60°C. Set at 40°C.
- Full Load 45': Washes a full load of moderately soiled cotton clothes in 45 minutes.
- Rapid 30': Washes lightly soiled garments quickly in 30 minutes, saving time and energy.
- Steam Refresh 20`: Refreshes garments, removes odours, relaxes fibres. For dry, non-dirty items only. Makes ironing easier. Do not add softeners or detergents. Not recommended for wool or silk. Garments will be damp.
Display and Indicators
The display provides programming information and status updates.
Display Areas:
- Area A: Icon of selected washing program, washing phases, and time remaining.
- Area B: AutoDose status, selected options, energy/water consumption, button lock symbol.
- Area C: Default temperature or "--°C".
- Area D: Default spin speed or "--".
- Area E: Time remaining for delayed start.
Buttons:
- Button F: Accesses the Auto Dosing menu.
- Button G: Accesses additional washing options. Press and hold for 3 seconds to access the settings menu (Language, Sound, Display brightness, Autodose levels, Factory settings reset).
Display Indicators:
- ❓ Failure: Call Service - Refer to Troubleshooting section.
- ? Failure: Drain pump filter clogged - Water cannot be drained.
- ❌ Failure: No water - No or insufficient inlet water.
? Key Lock: Press and hold the CONFIRM / KEY LOCK button (6) for ~3 seconds to activate/deactivate. Prevents accidental modifications.
?? Locked door indicator: Lit when the door is locked. Wait for the symbol to turn off before opening.
Operation
First-Time Use: Run an empty wash cycle with a small amount of detergent using the "Cotton" (60°C) program without Prewash.
Daily Use:
- Press the ⚡ ON/OFF button.
- Open the door and load laundry, respecting maximum load quantity.
- Open the detergent dispenser drawer and add detergent/additives.
- Close the door.
- Select the desired wash cycle using the knob.
- Select desired options.
- The machine automatically sets default temperature and spin speed.
- Press the ▶️ START/PAUSE button. The door will lock (?? symbol on). The Sensing routine begins.
Pausing a Cycle: Press the ▶️ START/PAUSE button again. Press again to resume.
Opening the Door (If Necessary): Press ▶️ START/PAUSE to pause. If the ?? symbol is off, the door can be opened. Press ▶️ START/PAUSE again to continue.
Stop&Add: An icon indicates when additional garments can be added. Pause the cycle, open the door, add items, and resume.
Changing a Running Wash Cycle: Pause the cycle, select the new cycle, and press START/PAUSE again.
To cancel a cycle: Press and hold the ON/OFF button for a few seconds. If water is present, the drain function will start.
At the End of the Wash Cycle: "CYCLE END" appears on the display. The ?? symbol turns off, and the door can be opened. Unload laundry and switch off the machine. It switches off automatically after ~10 minutes if not manually turned off.
Options
If an option is incompatible with a selected cycle or another option, it will be shown in grey with "Not available" on the display.
- AutoDose: Automatically dispenses liquid detergent and softener based on program and load. Fill dispenser tanks. Can be enabled/disabled per cycle. Setup involves pressing the AUTODOSE button for 3 seconds to select tank status, concentration, or enable/disable. Default detergent dose is 25ml, adjustable to 35ml or 45ml based on detergent concentration.
- Steam Hygiene: Enhances washing by generating steam to remove bacteria and treat fibres.
- WaterSave: Saves water by releasing a stream from the top of the drum, ensuring thorough washing even at low temperatures.
- Start Delay: Set a delayed start for the cycle. Press repeatedly until desired delay is reached. Press until "--:--" appears to remove.
- Easy Iron: Modifies wash and spin cycles to reduce creasing.
- FreshCare+: Keeps garments fresh for up to 6 hours after the cycle ends using gentle steaming and tumbling actions to prevent odours.
- Rapid: Reduces cycle time for lightly soiled clothes.
- Multi Rinse: Increases rinse efficiency for optimal detergent removal, useful for sensitive skin. Select 1, 2, or 3 additional rinses.
- Cold Wash: Saves energy by not heating water. Intensified wash action ensures good results. Liquid detergent recommended.
- Prewash: Requires detergent in the manual dose compartment. Autodose must be active for the wash phase.
- Temperature: Modify the pre-defined temperature for each cycle.
- Spin: Modify the pre-defined spin speed for each cycle.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Descale and Clean Procedure: An icon reminds users (~every 50 cycles) to run a maintenance cycle. Use the "Cotton" cycle at minimum 60°C without PreWash, with a limescale remover product. To clear the alert, turn the knob or press any button.
General Care: Switch off and unplug before cleaning. Do not use flammable liquids.
- Clean the washing machine: Use a soft cloth with lukewarm soapy water. Do not use solvents or abrasives.
- Clean the detergent dispenser drawer: Remove and wash under running water. Clean tanks too. Repeat frequently.
- Care for the door and drum: Leave the porthole door ajar to prevent odours.
- Check the water inlet hose: Inspect annually for cracks or damage. Replace if necessary. Never use used hoses.
- Cleaning the drain pump filter / draining residual water:
- Power off and unplug.
- Gently press the top of the filter cover to open.
- Place a container to collect spillage.
- Stretch the "emergency drain hose" to the container.
- Remove the stopper from the hose end and let water drain.
- Once full, plug the stopper, reinsert the hose, and empty the container. Close the hose firmly.
- Lay a cloth beneath the filter. Remove the filter by turning anticlockwise.
- Clean the filter of residues under running water. Check the housing for foreign bodies.
- Reinsert the filter by turning clockwise until fully seated, with the handle vertical.
Accessories
Contact Technical Assistance for available accessories, such as a stacking kit to secure a tumble dryer on top of the washing machine.
Transport and Handling
Do not lift by the upper section. Unplug, close water tap, secure door and drawer. Detach hoses. Empty water from hoses and secure them. Re-apply transport bolts. Follow installation instructions in reverse for bolt removal.
Troubleshooting
Before contacting Technical Assistance, check the following:
- Washing machine does not start: Check plug, power supply, door closure, ON/OFF button, START/PAUSE button, water tap, delay start, Demo Mode, water inlet hose connection.
- Washing machine does not fill with water: Check hose is not bent, water tap is open, house water supply, sufficient pressure, START/PAUSE button pressed.
- Washing machine continuously loads and unloads water: Check drain hose height (65-100 cm), free end not immersed, wall drainage system has a breather pipe. If problem persists, contact Technical Assistance.
- Washing machine does not drain (F9E1): Clean pump filter, check drain hose is not bent, drainage duct is not clogged.
- Washing machine vibrates heavily during spin: Check transport bolts removed, machine leveled, not tucked between cabinets, water inlet hose screwed properly.
- Washing machine leaks: Check detergent dispenser, drain hose attachment.
- Error code on display (e.g., F1E1, F4...): Switch off/on. If persists, contact Technical Assistance.
- Too much foam / " " phase icon blinks, "0" spin speed: Detergent unsuitable for machines or too much used. Unbalanced load prevented spin; add items of different sizes and run "Spin&Drain" or wash varied sizes.
To disable DEMO MODE: Switch ON, then OFF. Press START/PAUSE until buzzer. Switch ON again. "DEMO" flashes and turns OFF.
