Programs

Follow the instructions on the garment care label to select the appropriate program. The value indicated in the tub symbol is the maximum temperature for washing the garment.

First Use

To remove any manufacturing debris, select the "Cotton" program at 95°C. Pour a small amount of powder detergent into the main wash compartment of the detergent dispenser (maximum 1/3 of the detergent amount recommended by the manufacturer for lightly soiled laundry). Start the program without adding laundry.

Daily Use

Prepare your laundry according to the recommendations in the "TIPS AND TRICKS" section. Load the laundry, close the drum door, and check that it is properly closed. Add detergent and any additives. Follow the recommended doses on the detergent packaging. Close the lid. Turn the program selector to the desired program and select any options if necessary. The screen will display the duration of the selected program (in hours and minutes), and the "Start/Pause" ▷ II indicator will flash. The temperature and spin speed can be changed by pressing the "Temperature" or "Spin" buttons. Open the tap and press the "Start/Pause" ▷ II button to start the wash cycle. The "Start/Pause" ▷ II indicator will light up, and the door will be locked. Due to variations in load and inlet water temperature, the remaining time is recalculated during certain program phases. If this happens, an animation appears on the time display.

To Interrupt or Modify a Program in Progress

To interrupt the wash cycle, press the "Start/Pause" ▷ II button; the indicator will flash. Select the new program, temperature, options, or spin speed if you wish to modify these settings. To start the wash cycle from where it was interrupted, press the "Start/Pause" ▷ II button again. Do not add detergent for this program.

Door Open Indicator

Before starting and after the end of a program, the "Door Open" indicator lights up to show that the lid can be opened. While a wash program is running, the lid remains locked and should not be forced. If you urgently need to open it during a program, for example, to add more laundry or remove laundry that was loaded by mistake, press the "Start/Pause" ▷ II button. If the temperature is not too high, the "Door Open" indicator will light up. It will take some time before you can open the lid. Press the "Start/Pause" ▷ II button to continue the program.

End of Program

The "Door Open" indicator lights up, and the screen displays "End". Turn the program selector to "O" and close the water tap. Open the lid and the drum, and unload the machine. Leave the door open for a while to allow the inside of the machine to dry. After about fifteen minutes, the washing machine will turn off completely to save energy. To cancel a program in progress before the end of the cycle, press the "Cancel/Drain" button for at least 3 seconds. The water will be drained. It will take some time before you can open the lid.

Options

If a program and option combination is not possible, the indicators will turn off automatically. Unusual combinations of options will be automatically deselected.

Troubleshooting

Anomalies:Possible causes / Solutions:
The washing machine does not turn on and/or the program does not start. The plug is not plugged in or is not making sufficient contact. There was a power outage. The lid is not closed properly. The "Key lock" O function is activated (if available). The washing machine turns off automatically before starting or at the end of a program due to energy saving. To start the machine, first turn the selector to "Off/O" and then to the desired program position.
The wash cycle does not start. The "Start/Pause" ▷ button was not pressed. The water tap is not open. A "delayed start" was set.
The appliance stops during the program, and the "Start/Pause" ▷ indicator flashes. The "Hydrostop" option is activated (if available). The program was modified - reselect the desired program and press "Start/Pause" ▷ II.
The appliance vibrates. The washing machine is not level. The transport support has not been removed; before using the washing machine, the transport support must be removed.
The final spin results in poor results. The laundry is still very damp. The "Spin/Drain" indicator flashes, or the spin speed on the screen flashes, or the spin speed indicator flashes after the program ends - depending on the model. The imbalance of the laundry load during spinning prevented the spin phase to avoid damage to the washing machine. This is why the laundry is still very damp. The reason for the imbalance may be: small laundry loads (consisting only of a few large items or absorbent items, such as towels), or large/heavy items. If possible, avoid small laundry loads. The "Spin" button was set to a low spin speed.
The machine indicates an error code (e.g., F-02, F-..) and/or the "Service" indicator lights up.Turn off the machine, unplug it, and wait about 1 minute before plugging it back in. If the problem persists, call After-Sales Service.
The "Filter Cleaning" indicator lights up.The wastewater is not being drained. Clean the water filter.
The "Water Absence" indicator lights up.The appliance's water supply is zero or insufficient.
The "Detergent Overdose" indicator lights up (if available). The symbol will light up at the end of the program if you have used too much detergent. Too much foam has formed. The detergent is not compatible with the washing machine (it must bear the words "for washing machines", "for hand and machine washing", or something similar).

First Use & Installation

First Use: To remove any manufacturing debris, select the "Cotton" program at 95°C. Pour a small amount of powder detergent into the main wash compartment of the detergent dispenser (maximum 1/3 of the detergent amount recommended by the manufacturer for lightly soiled laundry). Start the program without adding laundry.

Installation: Two people are required to move and install the appliance – risk of injury. Use protective gloves for unpacking and installation – you risk cutting yourself. Never move the appliance by holding it from the top or the lid. Installation, including water connection (depending on the model), electrical connections, and repairs, must be carried out by a qualified technician. Do not attempt any repairs or part replacements on the appliance other than those specifically indicated in the user guide. Keep children away from the installation site. After unpacking the appliance, ensure it has not been damaged during transport. In case of a problem, contact your retailer or the nearest After-Sales Service. Once installed, keep packaging materials (plastic bags, polystyrene parts, etc.) out of reach of children – they could suffocate. Remove the lower protection by tilting and turning the washing machine onto one of the rear lower supports. Ensure that the plastic part of the lower protection (if present on your model) remains in the packaging and not at the bottom of the appliance. This is important, as otherwise the plastic part could damage the washing machine during use. After installing the device, wait a few hours before starting it, to allow it to acclimatize to the room's environmental conditions. Ensure that the ventilation openings at the base of your washing machine (depending on the model) are not obstructed by carpet or other material.
