Detergent Dispenser

The detergent dispenser has three compartments:

Features a release button to remove the tray for cleaning.

Programmes

Always respect care labels. The tub symbol indicates maximum washing temperature.

First Time Use

To remove manufacturing debris, select "Cotton" programme at 60°C. Add a small quantity of powder detergent (max 1/3 of recommended dose) to the main wash compartment. Start the programme without laundry.

Daily Use

  1. Prepare laundry as per "HINTS AND TIPS".
  2. Load laundry, close door, open water tap.
  3. Press "ON/OFF" [ON/OFF] button. "Start/Pause" [Start/Pause] ▷ button flashes.
  4. Turn programme selector to desired programme. Select options if needed.
  5. Adjust temperature and spin speed using [Temperature] or [Spin] buttons.
  6. Pull out detergent dispenser, add detergent/additives. Observe dosing recommendations. Close dispenser.
  7. Press "Start/Pause" [Start/Pause] ▷ button to start the cycle.

Starting Cycle

Press "Start/Pause" [Start/Pause] ▷ button. The door locks (?), drum rotates, water enters, and washing begins.

Pause a Running Programme

Press "Start/Pause" [Start/Pause] ▷ button. Indicator light goes off, remaining time flashes. Press again to resume.

Open the Door, If Required

The "Door locked" ? indicator is lit during a programme. To open, pause the programme using "Start/Pause" [Start/Pause] ▷. If water level/temperature are not too high, the "Door locked" ? indicator goes off, and the door can be opened (e.g., to add laundry). Press "Start/Pause" [Start/Pause] ▷ again to continue.

Programme End

The "Door locked" ? indicator goes off, and "End" is shown on the display. Press "ON/OFF" [ON/OFF] button to switch off. The machine will switch off automatically after about 10 minutes if not manually turned off. Close water tap, open door, unload laundry. Leave door ajar to dry.

Options

Key Lock

Press and hold "Key lock" [Key lock] button for ~3 seconds to lock/unlock the control panel (except "ON/OFF"). Prevents unintentional changes.

Bleaching

Load laundry, set "Rinse & Spin" programme. Start machine. After ~2 minutes (first water fill), pause. Open detergent drawer, add bleach to main wash compartment (observe dosage). Restart cycle.

Hints and Tips

Cleaning & Maintenance

Switch off and unplug the machine before cleaning. Clean periodically (at least 4 times/year).

Transport and Handling

Never lift by the worktop. Unplug, close water tap, close door/dispenser. Disconnect inlet hose, remove drain hose. Remove residual water from hoses. Secure hoses. Refit transport bolts (reverse of removal). Consult Installation Guide for details.

Troubleshooting

Before calling After-sales service, check these common issues:

Anomaly Possible Causes / Solution
Washing machine does not turn on. Plug not inserted; power failure.
Wash cycle does not start. Door not fully closed; "ON/OFF" [ON/OFF] not pressed; "Start/Pause" [Start/Pause] ▷ not pressed; water tap not open; "Start delay" ⏳ set.
Washing machine does not fill with water (message "h2o", "Beep" sound every 5 seconds). Water intake hose not connected/bent; water tap not open; mains water supply shut off; insufficient pressure; "Start/Pause" [Start/Pause] ▷ not pressed.
Washing machine loads and drains water continuously. Drain hose height incorrect (not 65-100 cm); drain hose end immersed in water; no air vent in wall connector; siphon effect (special anti-siphon valves available).
Washing machine does not drain or does not spin. Programme does not include drain function (activate manually); drain hose bent; drain line obstructed.
Washing machine vibrates excessively during spin cycle. Drum not unblocked at installation; machine not level; machine squeezed between furniture/wall.
Washing machine leaks water. Water intake hose not tightened properly; detergent dispenser clogged; drain hose not properly fastened.
Machine locked, display flashes error code (e.g., F-01, F-..). Shut off, unplug for 1 min, then restart. If persists, call After-Sales Service.
Too much foam is formed. Incompatible detergent (must state "for washing machines"); excessive dosage.
Door locked, with or without failure indication, and programme does not run. Door locked due to power breakdown (programme resumes automatically); machine in standstill (programme resumes automatically when issue resolved).
