Troubleshooting Measures
Why can't the device connect to the APP?
- Zigbee products require an MPES/TUYA Zigbee gateway.
- Check if the router connected to the gateway is connected to the external network. Ensure the gateway's Wi-Fi signal is good and try connecting the gateway again.
- Check if the device is too far from your gateway or other Zigbee devices to form a mesh network. Keep the Zigbee gateway and Zigbee device close, as recommended, with a moderate distance (less than 5 m).
- Check if the device is in network distribution mode.
Why doesn't the indicator light blink after powering on the device?
- The indicator should blink after the product is powered on. If not, please check if the battery is sufficiently charged.
- Verify that the device is in good contact and in normal APP configuration state before checking its indicator status. If the light still doesn't blink, please contact MOES after-sales service.
What if the smart linkage cannot work between devices?
- Please confirm that the device is connected to the network and is in normal connection status.
- Please confirm if you have updated your APP to the latest version.
- Please confirm if the smart scene defined in the APP works without conflict with other scenes.
What happens if my device crashes and doesn't respond for a long time?
- Please try to reset the device by removing it from the APP for a new APP configuration.
