Product Description
The smart gateway serves as the control center for ZigBee devices. It enables users to design and implement smart application scenarios by adding various ZigBee devices.

Preparation For Use
Connect to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi
Ensure your mobile phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The smart phone must be on the same Wi-Fi network as the Smart Gateway to establish an effective connection.

Download and Open the App
Search for the relevant app in your device's App Store or scan the QR code provided on the package or manual to download it. If this is your first time using the app, tap "Register" to create an account. If you already have an account, click the "Login" button.
Add Devices
- Connect the gateway to the power supply, then press and hold the "reset button" ?.
- Confirm the indicator status: the blue light should be on, and the red light should be blinking fast. If the indicator is in a different status, continue pressing and holding the reset button until this state is achieved.
- Open the "Smart Life" app. Click the "+" icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Wireless Gateway (Zigbee)" to add the device.
Wi-Fi Network Configuration
Select your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and enter the password. If your router supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, ensure you select the 2.4GHz option.
App Screen Description: The app prompts to select a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and enter a password. It notes that if the Wi-Fi is 5GHz, it should be set to 2.4GHz. A field for the Wi-Fi network name (e.g., BMW-08C7) and password is shown, with a "Next" button.
Connection Process
The connection process typically takes 30-120 seconds, depending on your network conditions. Once the device has been added successfully, it will appear on the "My Home" page.
App Screen Description: Shows a sequence of app screens: one indicating to reset the device and perform pairing, another confirming "Device added successfully" with the device name "Zigbee Wireless Gateway (TYG...)", and a final screen showing the device on the "Welcome Home" page.

- X: Indicates that the toxic or hazardous substance contained in at least one of the homogeneous materials of the part exceeds the maximum limit specified in the SJ/T1163–2006 standard.
The figures in this label indicate that the product has an environmental protection use period of 10 years under conditions of normal use. Some parts may also have an environmentally friendly use period mark. MOES reserves the right to refuse warranty service under the following conditions:
- Products with damaged appearance, missing LOGO, or outside the service term.
- Products that have been disassembled, injured, privately repaired, modified, or are missing parts.
- The circuit is burned, or the data cable or power interface is damaged.
- Products damaged by foreign matter intrusion (e.g., fluids, sand, dust, soot).
Recycling Information
Products marked with the [WEEE recycling symbol] (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive 2012/19 / EU) must be disposed of separately from unsorted municipal waste. To protect health and the environment, this equipment should be taken to designated collection points for electrical and electronic equipment.
