- Tie up hair and avoid baggy clothing or jewellery that could interfere with exercise.
- Wait for the treadmill to stop completely before dismounting.
- Remove the safety key after use and store it out of reach of children.
- For emergency stops, remove the safety key.
- Do not insert objects into the safety key port or through covers.
- Do not pour liquids onto the console or motor cover.
- Never remove the motor hood. Unauthorized modifications should only be performed by authorized technicians.
- Place the equipment on a flat, stable surface.
- This device is designed for domestic use (Class HC) for a maximum of 5 hours per week.
Installation Instructions
- Ensure your home's electrical supply is adequate (220V/16A minimum) and complies with standards. Use a dedicated circuit if possible.
- Connect the treadmill to a properly fitted, grounded plug. Consult a qualified electrician if unsure. Do not modify the plug.
- If using an extension cord, it must be 3-core, 2.5 mm², and no longer than 1.5 meters. Do not use power strips.
- Never use the machine with a damaged cable or plug, or if it has been in contact with water.
- Never leave the treadmill plugged in unattended. Store indoors in a dry, ventilated place on a flat surface.
- Ensure adequate space: 200cm at the back and 100cm at the sides.
- Position the power cable away from heavy traffic areas.
- Use a floor protection mat to minimize noise and impact.
- Regularly inspect and tighten all parts. Replace worn or faulty parts immediately.
- The running belt may have lubricant from manufacturing; clean if necessary.
- Always stop the machine using the master switch.
- Unplug the treadmill after each use and before cleaning or maintenance.

Assembly Steps Overview:
- Step 1: Remove packaging ties securing the treadmill belt.
- Step 2 & 3: Attach the console support frame using screws (Part A x3 for each step).
- Step 4 & 5: Attach the main upright support arms to the treadmill base using screws (Part B x3 for each step).
- Step 6: Connect the console cables and secure the console to the uprights using screws (Part B x6) and washers (Part C x2).

Operation
Start-Up:
- Plug in the power cable.
- Switch the circuit breaker to the 'I' position.
- Position yourself on the treadmill with feet on the foot rails.
- Attach the safety key clip to your clothing.
- Insert the safety key into the console slot.
- The screen will light up and display 'GO'.
- Your treadmill is ready for use.
Using the Console:
The console features buttons for controlling speed, incline, programs, and more.
- Incline Adjustment: Use '+' and '-' buttons for 0.5% increments.
- Speed Adjustment: Use '+' and '-' buttons for 0.1 km/h increments (or 0.5 km/h with a long press).
- Start/Pause: Press the '▶II' button to start or pause your session.
- Stop: Press the 'STOP' button to end your session.
- Programs: Select from Health Wellness (1-6), Calory Burn (1-6), or Endurance (1-12) programs.
- Quick Access: Buttons for predefined incline and speed levels.
- Display: Shows time, distance, speed, incline, calories burned, and heartbeat.

Changing Units (MI/KM):
Access the configuration screen by pressing and holding the 'STOP' button while inserting the safety key. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to select Km/h or Mi/h, then press '▶II' to confirm. Further screens allow viewing total kilometers/miles and total hours.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Maintenance After Each Use:
- Unplug the treadmill.
- Inspect external parts for secure fastening.
- Clean the treadmill with a damp cloth and mild cleaning product. Avoid ammonia or acid-based cleaners. Do not spray directly onto the treadmill.
Regular Maintenance:
- Lubricating the Running Belt: Apply 5-10ml of silicone lubricant to the inner surface of the belt. Run the treadmill at 4 km/h for 10-20 seconds. Lubricate as needed, or when the 'service' message appears every 200 km.
Preventive Maintenance:
- Inspect motor and belt every 600 hours or 3600 km.
- Change running belt every 500 hours or 3000 km.
- Change running deck every 700 hours or 4200 km.
- Change rollers every 600 hours or 3600 km.
Troubleshooting:
- Treadmill won't turn on: Check power cord connection, circuit breaker, safety key insertion, and ensure the switch is on 'I'.
- Treadmill turns off: Ensure power cord is secure. Reinsert safety key.
- Running belt slows down: Check power cord. If belt is too tight, adjust tensioning screws (refer to manual for specific instructions).
- Noise: Check belt centering for rubbing noises. Tighten external parts for grinding noises.
- Belt off-center: Adjust belt centering screws clockwise. Run treadmill to allow repositioning.
- Belt stops while running: Re-tighten belt adjustment screws.
