Assembly Instructions

- Step 1: Attach the main frame supports using screws (A).
- Step 2: Connect the console uprights using screws (A). Ensure cables are properly routed.
- Step 3: Attach the handlebars using screws (B).
- Step 4: Secure the console to the uprights using screws (B).
- Step 5: Connect the sensor cables and attach the console cover using screws (B) and (C).

Using the Console
The console provides controls for speed, incline, and program selection.
- START/PAUSE: Starts and pauses your session.
- STOP: Stops the session.
- + / - Buttons: Adjust speed and incline. Quick access to predefined levels is available.
- Program Buttons (Health, Calorie, Endurance): Select from 24 pre-recorded programs.
- Safety Key: Attach to clothing and insert into the console to operate the treadmill.
- Indicators: Icons indicate tablet/smartphone connection and DOMYOS application connection.
Changing Units (MI/KM): Access the configuration screen by pressing the START/PAUSE button while inserting the safety key. Navigate through screens to change units and view total distance/hours.
Console Beep: Activate/deactivate console beeps using the + and - buttons in the home screen.
Heart Rate Monitoring
The treadmill is equipped with pulse sensors on the handlebars for measuring heart rate. A compatible uncoded heart rate monitor belt is also provided for more accurate readings. The heart rate is displayed on the console.
Programs
The T540C offers 24 programs designed for different fitness goals:

- Aerobic Exercise for Weight Loss: 35-60 minutes of moderate effort, 3+ times a week, combined with a balanced diet.
- Improving Stamina: 20-40 minutes of sustained effort, 3+ times a week, at a steady pace.
- Cool Down: Walk at a slow pace after each session to allow the body to recover.
- Stretching: Perform stretching exercises after each session to relax muscles and aid recovery.
Folding, Unfolding, and Moving
- Folding: Follow the diagrams to safely fold the treadmill for storage.
- Unfolding: Reverse the folding process to prepare the treadmill for use.
- Moving: Use the transport wheels to move the treadmill. Ensure it is stable before use.
Heart Rate Monitor Belt Installation
Instructions for installing the heart rate monitor belt are provided, indicating proper placement for accurate readings.
Changing the Battery
