Before Starting a Workout
- Ensure adequate ventilation.
- Use a protective mat under the treadmill.
- Only one person on the treadmill at a time.
- Wear athletic shoes with clean soles.
- Ensure shoelaces are not a tripping hazard.
- Tie back long hair.
- Avoid loose clothing.
- Attach the safety key clip securely.
- Start on the footrests, not the belt. Wait for the belt to reach 1 km/h before stepping on.
- Increase speed gradually.
- Use handrails for support and speed changes.
- Do not hang towels around the machine.
- Keep children and pets away.
- Wait for the belt to stop completely before dismounting.

- Store the power cord safely.
- Ensure the treadmill is securely locked in its folded position before moving.
Maintenance
Cleaning
Use a soft cloth for dusting. For stubborn marks (like sweat), use a slightly damp cloth. Ensure the treadmill is off and unplugged before cleaning. When moving the treadmill (especially when folded), ensure the locking system is engaged to prevent accidental closure.
Belt Tension Adjustment
The belt should be centered. Misalignment can cause premature wear.
- If the belt drifts left: Turn the left adjustment screw clockwise by half a turn.
- If the belt drifts right: Turn the right adjustment screw clockwise by half a turn.
- Allow the belt to run for 1-2 minutes to settle, then repeat if necessary. Do not overtighten.
Belt Tension (Slacking)
If the belt starts to slip on the rollers, tighten the tension.
- Turn both adjustment screws a quarter turn clockwise.
- Repeat if necessary, but do not overtighten. The belt is correctly tensioned if the edges can be lifted a few centimeters.
Belt Lubrication
This treadmill does not require belt lubrication.
Folding and Opening
Important: All folding and opening operations must be done with the treadmill unplugged and the incline at 0%.
To Fold:
- Stand behind the treadmill with feet on the floor.
- Lift the treadmill by the sides, keeping legs bent and back straight.
- Place hands under the rear feet of the treadmill. Lift the treadmill completely. It will lock vertically with an audible click.
- If it doesn't lock, lower it slightly and try again, ensuring legs are bent and back is straight.
To Open:
- With one hand, gently push the treadmill forward. Maintain pressure while the other hand releases the roller lock.
- Place both hands under the running belt. The treadmill can now be opened.
- Accompany the descent, keeping legs bent and back straight.
Moving the Treadmill
Caution: This product is heavy (69 kg / 153 lbs). Ensure you have adequate strength before moving.
- Turn off the treadmill (switch to OFF) and unplug the power cord.
- Hang the power cord on the treadmill to prevent damage during movement.
- The treadmill has transport wheels.
- With the treadmill folded and locked, grip the running deck sides or the bar underneath and pull towards you.
- Once in position, block the treadmill with your foot and lower it until it rests flat on the ground.
Troubleshooting
Treadmill does not turn on (console screen blank):
- Remove and reinsert the safety key.
- Check if the power cord is plugged into a working outlet.
- Verify the power cord is securely connected to the treadmill.
- Ensure the circuit breaker on the front of the treadmill is in the "RESET" position. If it's "OFF", wait 5 minutes and switch to "RESET".
- If the problem persists, unplug the treadmill, remove the console, and check that the cables on the upper part of the right upright are correctly connected.
Treadmill stays on when safety key is removed:
The console is in demonstration mode. Disable demonstration mode as described on page 52.
Treadmill speed is not constant:
- Avoid using extension cords if possible. If necessary, use one no longer than 1.5m.
- Do not overload electrical outlets with high-consumption appliances that might interfere with the treadmill.
- Ensure the power cord is properly connected at both ends to avoid loose contacts.
- Check belt tension; it should not slip or be too tight.
Product makes noise:
- Check belt centering.
- Check belt tension (ensure it's not slipping).
