Each customer must provide a record of their order, such as the order number or item receipt. For items out of the warranty period, you may still receive replacement parts by purchasing them from our company if they are available.

Note: Be sure to check all packing material carefully for small parts that may have come loose inside the carton during shipment.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1:

Attach connectors (F) to the base (G) using bolts (1) (x10) and the Allen Key (4) (x1). Take off the cap (H).

Step 2:

Attach casters (I) (x5) to the legs of the base (G).

Step 3:

Insert the gas lift (E) into the base cap (H). Then insert the mechanism (D) onto the gas lift (E).

Step 4:

Attach the seat (B) to the arms (C) using bolts (2) (x4).

Step 5:

Attach the mechanism (D) to the underside of the seat (B) using bolts (2) (x4). Ensure the front of the mechanism is aligned with the front of the seat.

Step 6:

Attach the backrest (A) to the seat assembly using bolts (2) (x4) and bolt (3) (x1). Use the Allen Key (4) for tightening.

Step 7:

Attach the assembled seat and backrest unit to the gas lift (E) mechanism.

Step 8:

Attach the arms (C) to the backrest (A) using bolts (3) (x2) and bolts (4) (x1). Tighten with the Allen Key (4).

Step 9:

Attach the arms (C) to the seat (B) using bolts (3) (x2) and bolts (4) (x1). Tighten with the Allen Key (4).

Step 10:

Attach the covers (5) to the connection points of the arms (C).

Step 11:

Final check of all connections and ensure the chair is stable.
