Important Notes Before Installation
Before your installation, please make sure that you have all the parts listed on the manual. If you find something missing, stop installing and contact your supplier immediately.
NOTE: Please do not completely tighten all the hardware until the entire assembly is completed! Be sure to tighten all the hardware once the assembly is completed.
NOTE: Should be assembled on a soft surface to keep balance.
Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Attach part 5 (Bolt M8*60mm, 4 pcs) to parts D (Left Side Wing) and E (Right Side Wing) using the provided holes. The detailed view shows the bolt insertion.
Step 2
Connect part D to part B (Headboard) and part E to part B. Arrows indicate the direction of attachment. The detailed view shows the connection points.
Step 3
Secure parts D and E to part B using parts 6 (Flat Washer, 4 pcs) and 8 (Nut with Washer, 4 pcs). Note: Do not fully tighten the bolts at this step.
Step 4
Attach part A (HB-Wood Cover) to parts D and E. Use parts 3 (Bolt M8*30mm, 5 pcs) and 6 (Flat Washer, 3 pcs). Tighten using part 10 (Allen wrench 5#). References to Step 1 and Step 2 are shown.
Step 5
Attach parts C (Under the Headboard, 2x) to the frame. Use parts 1 (Bolt M8*12mm, 4 pcs) and 2 (Bolt M8*20mm, 4 pcs) along with part X (7" Connector, 2x). Detailed views show connection points and references to Step 1 and Step 2.
Step 6
Continue attaching parts C to the frame using parts 3 (Bolt M8*30mm, 3 pcs) and 6 (Flat Washer, 3 pcs). Tighten using part 10 (Allen wrench 5#). Note: Fully tighten all bolts at this step.
Step 7
Attach part H (Footboard) to parts D and E using part 5 (Bolt M8*60mm, 8 pcs). The detailed view shows how the bolts are inserted through multiple holes.
Step 8
Slide parts F (Left Rail) and G (Right Rail) into position, connecting them to parts D, E, and H. Arrows indicate the sliding motion. Detailed views illustrate the connection points.
Step 9
Secure parts F and G to part H using parts 6 (Flat Washer, 8 pcs) and 8 (Nut with Washer, 8 pcs). Tighten using part 10 (Allen wrench 5#). Note: Fully tighten all nuts at this step. Detailed views show the connection.
Step 10
Attach parts W (Connector, 4 pcs) to the frame. Use parts 2 (Bolt M8*20mm, 8 pcs) and Z1 (EVA, 4 pcs). Tighten using part 10 (Allen wrench 5#). Note: Fully tighten all nuts at this step.
Step 11
Attach part T (Cross Bar) to part G (Right Rail) using part 2 (Bolt M8*20mm, 2 pcs) and part 10 (Allen wrench 5#).
Step 12
Connect parts I (Left Lift Frame) and J (Right Lift Frame) to parts F (Left Rail) and G (Right Rail) using part 2 (Bolt M8*20mm, 6 pcs). Note: The hole on the gas lift is oval; ensure installation positions on the left and right are roughly the same. It is better to assemble the bolts in the middle position of holes. If installed incorrectly (one side front, one side back), you can adjust and reinstall.
Step 13
Connect part M (Left Side Bar) and O (Left Side Bar-L) to their respective connectors. Similarly, connect part N (Right Side Bar) and P (Right Side Bar-L) to their connectors. Arrows indicate insertion.
Step 14
Assemble the main frame by connecting parts M, O, L (Metal Frame Cross Bar, 2x), N, and P. Arrows indicate the connection points.
Step 15
Attach the assembled frame from Step 14 to the bed structure. Use parts 4 (Bolt M8*45mm, 4 pcs) and 8 (Nut with Washer, 4 pcs). Tighten using part 9 (Spanner M8) and part 10 (Allen wrench 5#).
Step 16
Attach parts Q (Back Middle Bar, 2x) and R (Front Middle Bar, 2x) to the frame. Use parts 4 (Bolt M8*45mm, 8 pcs) and 8 (Nut with Washer, 8 pcs). Tighten using part 10 (Allen wrench 5#). References to Step 1 and Step 2 are shown.
Step 17
Attach the lift frames (I, J) to the bed structure. Use parts 4 (Bolt M8*45mm, 6 pcs) and 8 (Nut with Washer, 6 pcs). Tighten using part 9 (Spanner M8) and part 10 (Allen wrench 5#). NOTE: Please put all the Bolts (4) into the holes before tightening the nuts.
Step 18
Attach part S (Middle Support Leg, 4x) to the frame using part 4 (Bolt M8*45mm, 4 pcs). Tighten using part 10 (Allen wrench 5#).
Step 19
Connect parts K (Hydraulic Rod, 2x) to the lift frames (I, J) and the bed frame. Use parts 7 (Nut, 4 pcs) and part 9 (Spanner M8). Detailed views show the connection points and the use of part K.
Step 20
Connect the hydraulic rods (K) to the lift frames (I, J) and the bed frame. Arrows indicate the motion for connection.
Step 21
Precautions for closing the bed frame:
- To avoid deformation of the metal frame, do not operate from the sides of the bed.
- Make sure there are no obstructions under the metal frame to prevent injury.
Step 22
Attach part V (L Stop, 1x) to the frame. Insert part U (Slats, 24 pcs) into the frame, securing them with part Z (Plastic Cap, 24 pcs). Detailed views show the attachment of Z to U and the placement of V.

Attach part Y (Hand Strap, 1x) to the frame. Detailed views show the attachment points.
Step 24
Attach part 11 (Wood Plug, 2x) and Z2 (Power Adapter, 1x) to their designated locations. Detailed views illustrate the connections.
Step 25
Warning Label:
CAUTION: MIND YOUR HEAD
- When lifting or lowering the bed frame, it can only support items weighing less than 110 pounds.
- When lifting or lowering the bed frame, keep a safe distance between your body and the frame to avoid injury.
- Ensure that there are no people or objects interfering with the bed's sides or footboard when lifting or lowering the bed frame to avoid any dangers.
- Before entering underneath the bed, make sure the bed frame is lifted to its highest position and confirm it will not drop after being released.
Load Capacities:
- When the bed frame is used flat, the load-bearing capacity is 1000 pounds.
- When the bed frame is lifted, the load-bearing capacity is 110 pounds.
- When lifting the bed to use the storage function, the maximum weight limit is 110 pounds.
- External force pressing is strictly prohibited to prevent the bed frame from falling and causing injury.
- When using the storage function, please ensure that the upper and lower areas of the bed are safe and free of any biological traces to prevent injury.
Maintenance and Warning
- Keep furniture away from heat.
- Do not clean furniture with harsh cleansers or polish. Do not use detergents, solvents, abrasives, spray packs, or leather cleaner. Use non-colored mild soap with warm water to clean spills (Mix 1:10 soap to water).
- Do not place furniture under direct sunlight; the material may fade over time.
- Do not use an on-site dry cleaning machine.
- Children should not climb or jump on the furniture.
- Do not write on furniture without a padded barrier to protect the surface.
- Not for commercial use; for residential use only.
- The maximum load is 1000 LBS.
