Block Diagram
The power supply operates as follows: AC input is filtered and rectified, then fed into a power switching stage controlled by a PWM controller. The output is then rectified and filtered. Protection circuits include Overload Protection (O.L.P.), Over Temperature Protection (O.T.P.), and Over Voltage Protection (O.V.P.). A detection circuit monitors output status, and a relay control manages the DC OK signal. The PWM frequency is 65KHz.
Derating Curve
This graph illustrates the output load percentage versus ambient temperature. The Y-axis shows Load (%) from 0 to 100%, and the X-axis shows Ambient Temperature (°C) from -40 to 70°C. The power supply can operate at full load (100%) up to 50°C. Above 50°C, derating is applied, with the load capacity decreasing linearly to approximately 75% at 70°C.

Function Manual
1. DC OK Relay Contact
The DC OK relay contact indicates the status of the power supply output. When the PSU is ON and the DC output is OK, the contact is closed. When the PSU turns OFF or experiences a DC Fail, the contact opens. The contact ratings are a maximum of 30Vdc/1A or 30Vac/0.5A resistive load.
The internal circuit of the DC OK signal involves a relay contact. An external voltage source (U) and resistor (R) can be connected, with the maximum sink capability being 30Vdc/1A or 30Vac/0.5A.
