Notes:
1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230Vac input, rated load and 25°C of ambient temperature.
2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1 µF & 47 µF parallel capacitor.
3. Tolerance: includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation.
4. The ambient temperature derating of 3.5°C/1000m with fanless models and of 5°C/1000m with fan models for operating altitude higher than 2000m(6500ft).
5. Installation clearances: 40mm on top, 20mm on the bottom, 5mm on the left and right side are recommended when loaded permanently with full power. In case the adjacent device is a heat source, 15mm clearance is recommended.

Block Diagram
The block diagram illustrates the internal architecture of the power supply. The input AC power first passes through an EMI Filter to reduce electromagnetic interference. It then goes to Rectifiers & PFC (Power Factor Correction) stage, followed by the Power Switching stage. Control signals from PFC Control and PWM Control manage the switching operations. Protection circuits such as Over Load Protection (OLP), Over Temperature Protection (OTP), and Over Voltage Protection (OVP) are integrated. A Relay Control circuit is also present. The output stage consists of Rectifiers & Filter, delivering regulated DC voltage (+Vo, -Vo). A DC OK signal indicates the status of the output voltage. The diagram indicates PFC frequency at 65KHz and PWM frequency at 70KHz.
Derating Curve
The Derating Curve shows the relationship between ambient temperature and the maximum load percentage. The X-axis represents Ambient Temperature (°C) ranging from -40 to 70. The Y-axis represents Load (%). The curve indicates that the power supply can operate at 100% load up to an ambient temperature of 50°C. Beyond 50°C, the load capacity is derated linearly, reaching approximately 75% load at 60°C and decreasing further towards 70°C.
Static Characteristics
The Static Characteristics graph illustrates the power supply's performance across its input voltage range. The X-axis represents Input Voltage (V) at 60Hz, ranging from 85V to 264V. The Y-axis represents Load (%). The graph shows that the power supply maintains a stable output across the entire input voltage range, with the load percentage remaining at 100% from approximately 100V input upwards, and operating down to 85V input with slightly reduced load capability.
Function Manual: DC OK Relay Contact
The DC OK relay contact provides an indication of the output voltage status.
- Contact Close: PSU turns ON / DC OK.
- Contact Open: PSU turns OFF / DC Fail.
- Contact Ratings (max.): 30Vdc/1A, 30Vac/0.5A resistive load.
The internal circuit of the DC OK signal utilizes a relay contact. An external voltage source (U) and resistor (R) can be connected to monitor this status. The maximum sink capability for this external connection is 30Vdc/1A or 30Vac/0.5A.
