This document provides instructions for setting up and using your Kogan 8" Digital Photo Frame.

1. Frame Diagrams

Remark: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds to turn the device into Standby mode. Press the Power button again to re-activate the digital photo frame.
2. Remote Control
The remote control allows you to navigate and operate the photo frame. Key buttons include:
- Power on / Off
- Menu
- Select / Execute
- Up
- Left / Volume Minus
- Exit
- Right / Volume Plus
- Down
- Setup
3. Installation
Insert the jack of the DC adapter into the digital photo frame, and then plug the DC adapter into a standard power outlet. Your frame will start up automatically.
Function Details
3.1 Photo Display
Choose the 'Photo' icon and press 'Enter' to start the slideshow automatically. During a slideshow, pressing 'Enter' allows switching between 'Browse Mode' and 'Slideshow' modes. In 'Browse Mode', use the Up/Down buttons to navigate through photos. Press 'Exit' on the remote or 'Menu' on the device to return to the thumbnail view.
3.2 Music Display
Choose the 'Music' icon and use the Up/Down buttons to select music files. Press 'Enter' to play. Press 'Enter' again to activate or stop music playback.
3.3 Video Display
Choose the 'Video' icon and use the Up/Down buttons to select a video file. Press 'Enter' to play. Press 'Enter' again to activate or stop video playback.
3.4 Calendar Display
Choose the 'Calendar' icon to display the calendar and clock, often accompanied by a photo slideshow. Use the Left/Right buttons to change the slideshow picture and the Up/Down buttons to navigate the calendar by month.
3.5 Files Display
Choose the 'File' icon to view all files on the selected memory card. In memory card mode, use the Right button to select "Copying to internal" or "Delete files". In internal memory mode, use the Right button to select "Delete files".
3.6 Setting
Select the 'Setting' icon or press the 'Setup' key on the remote control to configure your frame.
Operation Method:
- Use the Up/Down buttons to shift items or choose parameters.
- Use the Left/Right buttons to change parameters.
- Press 'Enter' to confirm the setup.
- Press 'Exit' to return to the main menu.

5. FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
Q: Why can't the Digital Photo Frame play all images or movie files?
A: The Digital Photo Frame supports JPEG, MP3, and some video formats based on firmware specifications. It may not read some files downloaded from the internet.
Q: I have a memory card in the Digital Photo Frame, but it's not reading the card, what should I do?
A: Firstly, ensure you are using a supported memory card. Secondly, make sure the memory card is inserted fully into the correct slot. Thirdly, select the correct card icon to play.
Q: Why do some pictures load faster than others?
A: Higher resolution pictures generally load slower.
