1. Frame Diagrams
The digital photo frame has several control buttons and ports:
Frame Controls:
- Main Menu / Power: Accesses the main menu or turns the device on/off.
- UP/Previous: Navigates up or goes to the previous item.
- Down/Next: Navigates down or goes to the next item.
- Exit/Stop: Exits the current menu or stops playback.
- Enter/Pause: Confirms selection or pauses playback.
- Right/Volume Up: Navigates right or increases volume.
- Left/Volume Down: Navigates left or decreases volume.
Frame Ports:
- SD/MMC/MS: Slot for memory cards (SD, MMC, Memory Stick).
- USB Host: Port for connecting USB devices like flash drives.
- USB Device: Port for connecting the frame to a computer.
- DC jack: Power input port.
Remark: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds to turn the device into Standby mode. Press the Power button again to re-activate the digital photo frame.

Insert the DC adapter into the digital photo frame and plug the adapter into a standard power outlet. The frame will start up automatically.
4. Main Menu
4.1 Memory Select
Press the
button on the remote control or the frame to access the Memory selection interface. Use the and buttons to choose between different memory sources:- Internal Memory: Accesses the frame's built-in storage.
- Card select: Displays memory cards inserted into the frame. The icon for a compatible card will be highlighted.
- USB stick icon: Represents a USB flash drive.
4.2 Computer connection
- Connect the frame to a computer using a USB cable.
- Edit files via the computer.
4.3 Function Select
Press the
[ ] or [ ] button to choose a function, then press to confirm.- Photo: Select to play a photo slideshow.
- Music: Select to play music files.
- Video: Select to play video files.
- Calendar: Select to display the calendar and clock, often with a photo slideshow.
- Files: Select to display and manage files.
- Setting: Select to make changes to the frame's settings.
3.1 Photo Display
Choose the
icon and press . The slideshow will play automatically. During the slideshow, press to switch between "Browse Mode" and "Slideshow" modes. In "Browse Mode", use [ ] or [ ] to view previous or next photos. 3.2 Music Display
Choose the
icon and press [ ] or [ ] to select a music file, then press to play. 3.4 Calendar Display
Choose the
icon to display the Calendar/Clock with a photo slideshow. 3.5 Files Display
Choose the
icon. All files in the selected memory card will be listed. In Memory card mode, press [ ] to select "Copying to internal" to copy files to internal memory or "Delete files" to delete them. Select the

5. FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
Q: Why can't the Digital Photo Frame play all images or movie files?
A: The Digital Photo Frame supports JPEG, MP3, and some video formats based on firmware specifications. It may not read certain files downloaded from the internet.
Q: I have a memory card in the Digital Photo Frame, but it's not reading the card, what should I do?
A: Firstly, ensure you are using a supported memory card. Secondly, make sure the memory card is inserted fully into the correct slot. Thirdly, select the correct card icon you wish to use.
Q: Why do some pictures load faster than others?
A: Higher resolution pictures generally load slower.
