Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Connect Table Halves

Connect the two main tabletop halves. Insert the locking mechanisms into the designated slots on each half. Ensure they are properly aligned and push them until they click securely. Repeat for all locking points (indicated as 2x, and later 4x).

Step 2: Attach Frame Pieces

Attach metal frame pieces (122483) to the underside of the tabletop halves. Use four screws (109021) and four smaller screws (146899) per piece.

Step 3: Attach More Frame Pieces

Attach additional metal frame pieces (122483) to the underside of the tabletop halves. Use four screws (109021) and four smaller screws (146899) per piece.

Step 4: Attach Side Support Beams

Attach the side support beams to the assembled frame. Use three screws (109021) for each beam.

Step 5: Attach Inner Frame

Attach inner frame pieces. Insert three bolts (154409) into the designated holes and tighten.

Step 6: Attach More Inner Frame

Attach more inner frame pieces. Secure with twelve bolts (154409).

Step 7: Attach Main Frame

Attach the main frame structure to the tabletop. Use eighteen bolts (154409) to secure it.

Step 8: Assemble and Attach Legs

Assemble the legs. For each leg, insert a connector tube (110912) into the top of the leg. Then, insert two threaded rods (100038) through the leg and into the connector tube. Repeat for all four legs.

Step 9: Secure Legs

Attach the assembled legs to the main frame. Use the provided allen key (120202) to secure each leg with a nut (100712) and washer (100843). There are 8 nuts and 8 washers in total for 4 legs.

Step 10: Attach Leg Caps

Attach plastic caps (107271) to the bottom of each leg.

Step 11: Insert Extension Leaf Mechanism

Insert the extension leaf slide mechanism into the frame. Engage the locking mechanisms (indicated as 2x).

Step 12: Continue Extension Mechanism Insertion

Continue inserting the extension leaf slide mechanism.

Step 13: Secure Frame to Tabletop

Secure the main frame to the tabletop using twelve screws (109021).

Step 14: Assemble Extension Leaf Supports

Assemble the extension leaf supports. Insert wooden dowels (101343) into the ends of the support pieces.

Step 15: Attach Support Brackets

Attach triangle brackets (116792) to the main frame using four screws (108442).

Step 16: Insert Extension Leaf Mechanism

Insert the extension leaf mechanism into the frame.

Step 17: Secure Extension Leaf Mechanism

Secure the extension leaf mechanism. Use four screws (146899) and four screws (109021).

Step 18: Attach Side Support Arms

Attach side support arms. Use two metal brackets (110527) and two screws (109021) for one side. Use two metal brackets (10098230) and two screws (109021) for the other side.

Step 19: Connect Extension Mechanism to Table Halves

Connect the extension leaf mechanism to the tabletop halves. Use four locking mechanisms. Ensure they click into place.

Step 20: Flip Table Upright

With assistance, carefully flip the assembled table upright.

Step 21: Extend and Secure Table

Extend the table by pulling the halves apart. Insert the extension leaves. Secure the extension leaves using the locking mechanisms (10042565). Ensure they click into place.
