How to Participate

1. Purchase your appliance from a participating retailer between November 10, 2023, and January 31, 2024.
2. Take a photo of the barcode and a photo of your proof of purchase (clearly showing the model reference). Ensure both are clear and complete.
3. Complete the online registration form at www.moulinex.be/nl/refunds or www.moulinex.be/fr/refunds by February 15, 2024, at the latest. No submissions will be accepted after this date.
4. After registration, you will receive an email confirmation of your cashback request.

These promotions are valid only on the references listed in this document for purchases made and delivered between November 10, 2023, and January 31, 2024, in Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The purchase receipt serves as proof.

• A valid proof of purchase is a till receipt or invoice clearly stating the purchase date, the reference of the purchased appliance, and the retailer's contact details.
• Order and delivery slips are not accepted as proof of purchase.
• The offer is valid only for products available and in stock at the retailer (physical and online). For online purchases, you must have received your product and invoice by the registration deadline (February 15, 2024). Purchase and invoice dates must be clear and legible.
• Refunds (only to an IBAN account in €) will be processed within 8 weeks after validation of your participation.
• The offer is limited to one participation per household and one product per purchase. It cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• Participants forfeit their right to a refund if they cancel the purchase of the participating product.
