Safety Instructions
Important Safeguards
- This appliance is intended for household use only. It is not intended for use in staff kitchen areas, farm houses, hotels, motels, residential type environments, or bed and breakfast type environments.
- It is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction by a responsible person.
- Children must be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
- This appliance shall not be used by children from 0 to 8 years. It can be used by children aged 8 years and above if continuously supervised.
- Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be carried out by children.
- Position cooking appliances on a stable surface with handles positioned to avoid spillage of hot liquids.
- This appliance is not intended to be operated by an external timer or separate remote-control system.
- If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, an authorised service centre, or a similarly qualified person.
- Accessible surfaces may be hot during operation. Do not touch hot surfaces.
- Clean the lid, bowl, body, and basket with a sponge and water. Clean the heating element separately with a damp cloth. Refer to the "Cleaning" section.
- Never immerse the appliance or heating element unit in water.
- The appliance can be used up to an altitude of 2000 m.
- Caution: The heating element surface is subject to residual heat after use.
- Caution: Risk of injury due to improper use.
- Caution: Do not spill liquid on the connector (depending on model).
- WARNING: Keep out of reach from young children, especially during use and cool down.
- The appliance must not be immersed in water or any other liquid.
- For safety, the appliance conforms with applicable standards and regulations (Low Voltage, Electromagnetic Compatibility, Materials in contact with food, Environment, etc.).
- Check that your mains voltage corresponds to the voltage on the rating plate.
- If used in a different country, have it checked by an Approved Service Centre.
- For models with detachable cords, use only the original power cord.
- Always unplug the appliance after use, to move it, or to clean it.
- Never operate the appliance underneath kitchen cupboards or close to walls; allow at least 15cm clearance around the appliance.
- Never move the appliance when it still contains hot food.
- Never operate your appliance when empty.
- Never leave the appliance unattended whilst plugged in and switched on.
- On first use, a non-toxic odour may be released; this is normal and will disappear rapidly. After cooking, open the lid carefully using the side handles.
Before First Use
Unpack the Appliance
- Remove all stickers.
- Unpack accessories and documents.
- Open the lid using the opening button (Fig. 1). Read and follow instructions.
- Note: The silicon ring around the tray must be used during cooking.
Clean the Appliance
- Remove the bowl (Fig. 2), accessories, plastic parts, and inserts.
- Clean the bowl with a sponge and washing-up liquid.
- Wipe the exterior, the lid's ceramic plate, and the lid with a damp cloth.
- Dry thoroughly.
- Reassemble all elements in their original position.
For the Appliance and All Functions
- Wipe the exterior of the bowl (especially the bottom). Ensure no residues or liquid are present underneath the bowl or on the heating element (Fig. 7).
- Place the bowl correctly in the appliance (Fig. 6).
- Close the lid until it clicks.
- Follow the "HOW TO GET STARTED" section for setting menus.
- Do not touch the heating element or the inner lid's metal plate when plugged in or after cooking. Do not carry the product while in use or just after use.
- This appliance is for indoor use only.
- Never place your hand on the steam vent during cooking (burn hazard, Fig. 12).
- Use only the provided inner bowl.
- Do not add water or ingredients without the bowl inside.
- The maximum quantity of water + ingredients should not exceed the 4L mark inside the bowl (Fig. 8).
Connecting to the Power Supply
- Do not use if the appliance or cord is damaged, has fallen, or shows visible damage or malfunctions. Send to an approved Service Centre. Do not dismantle yourself.
- Do not let the cord hang.
- Always plug into an earthed socket.
- Do not use extension leads unless they are in good condition, earthed, and suited to the appliance's power.
- Do not unplug by pulling the cord.
- Always disconnect before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.
Protect the Environment
- Your appliance is designed for longevity. When replacing it, consider environmental protection.
- Before discarding, remove the battery from the timer and dispose of it at a local civic waste collection centre.
- Your appliance contains valuable materials that can be recovered or recycled. Bring it to a municipal waste collection centre.
Using the Appliance
- Use on a flat, stable, heat-resistant work surface away from water splashes and heat sources.
- Do not let the base contact water.
- Never operate with an empty bowl or without the bowl.
- Do not prevent or obstruct the automatic change to the keep warm function.
- Do not remove the bowl while the appliance is working.
- Do not place directly onto a hot surface or flame source, as this may cause failure or danger.
- The bowl and heating plate must be in direct contact. Any object or food between them will interfere with operation.
- Do not place near a heat source or in a hot oven, as this could cause serious damage.
- Do not add food or water until the bowl is in place.
- Respect recipe quantities.
- If any part catches fire, do not use water; smother flames with a damp tea towel.
- Any intervention should only be made by a service centre with original spare parts.
The Control Panel
The control panel features various settings and indicators:
- A: Indicates cooking program with Air fryer function.
- B: Press to set the time.
- C: Power on / off.
- D: Use arrow keys (⬆️/⬇️) to choose cooking program and adjust time/temperature.
- E: Start / Stop. Long press for 2 seconds to reset.
- F: Press to set the temperature.
- G: Keep warm function indicator.
- H: Later meal function indicator.
- I: Indicates cooking programs with Multicooker function.
- J: Displays TIME, TEMP, LATER MEAL, KEEP WARM mode.
- An indicator shows that temperature is rising during the pre-heating phase.
Sound Management
The Multicook emits beep sounds for various actions: powering on/off, starting/finishing a program, or displaying an error code. Activate all sounds by long-pressing "Time+Temp" for 3 seconds.
How to Get Started
General
- Temp/Timer: Shared option keys.
- Operations requiring a beep:
- Start: 1 short beep.
- Key Beeps: During user operation (program selection/time & temp adjustment).
- After program: "Finished sound".
- Error: 2 beeps.
- Lighting status:
- Always on: working status.
- Blinking: selection status.
Usage
Air-fry (Manual Programming)
- Select "Air Fry" using arrow keys. Default cooking time is displayed.
- Press "Time" to set time, use arrow keys to adjust. Press "Temp" to adjust temperature.
- Press "Start" to launch the program. The "Start" light turns on, and the screen displays the time.
- Press "Stop" to stop the program immediately, or it will stop automatically when finished.
- A beep indicates the program has finished.
- Note: Always use this function with oil and food. Using only oil may cause failure or danger.
Crispy Meal
Combines air fry and steam. Heats from the bottom, air fries from the top for a crispy meal.
- Default cooking time is displayed. Press "Time" to set cooking time. The display shows remaining time during cooking.
- Crispy Meal program default: Air fry time 15 min (preheating+steaming: 10 min).
- Select "Crispy Meal" using arrow keys. Default cooking time is displayed.
- Press "Time" to set time, use arrow keys to adjust air fryer cooking time. Press "Temp" to adjust air fryer temperature.
- Press "Start" to launch the program. The "Start" light comes on, and the screen displays the time.
- Press "Stop" to stop the program.
- A beep indicates the program has finished.
- Keep warm is not recommended for the Air Fry cooking program.
Steam & Crisp
Combines air fry and steam. Default cooking time is displayed.
- Steam & Crisp program default: Air fry time 20 min (preheating+steaming: 20 min).
- Select "Steam & Crisp" using arrow keys. Default cooking time is displayed.
- Press "Time" to set time, use arrow keys to adjust air fryer cooking time. Press "Temp" to adjust air fryer temperature.

Grill
- Select "Grill" using arrow keys. Default cooking time is displayed.

- Select "Roast/ Bake" using arrow keys. Default cooking time is displayed.
- Press "Time" to set time, use arrow keys to adjust cooking time. Press "Temp" to adjust temperature.
- Press "Start" to launch the program. The "Start" light comes on, and the screen displays the time.
- Press "Stop" to stop the program.
- A beep indicates the program has finished.

- Select "Dehydrate" using arrow keys. Default cooking time is displayed.

Rice/Grains

- Press "Stop" to stop the program.
- A beep indicates the program has finished.
- Keep warm: For best results, use for a maximum of 6 hours.
Boil
- Select "Boil" using arrow keys. Default cooking time is displayed.
- Press "Time" to set time, use arrow keys to adjust cooking time.
- Press "Start" to launch the program. The "Start" light comes on, and the screen displays the time.
- Press "Stop" to stop the program.
- A beep indicates the program has finished.
- Note: No keep warm function for this program.
Sauté (Manual Programming)
- Select "Sauté" using arrow keys. Default cooking time is displayed.
- Press "Time" to set time, use arrow keys to adjust cooking time. Press "Temp" to adjust temperature.
- Press "Start" to launch the program. The "Start" light comes on, and the screen displays the time.
- Press "Stop" to stop the program.
- A beep indicates the program has finished.
- Keep warm: No automatic keep warm; manual activation by pressing the "Keep warm" button.
Slow Cook
- Select "Slow cook" using arrow keys. Default cooking time is displayed.
- Press "Time" to set time, use arrow keys to adjust cooking time. Press "Temp" to adjust temperature.
- Press "Start" to launch the program. The "Start" light comes on, and the screen displays the time.
- Press "Stop" to stop the program.
- A beep indicates the program has finished.
- Keep warm: Up to 24 hours. Ensure sufficient liquid to prevent burning the bottom of the pot and drying food.
Steam
- Select "Steam" using arrow keys. Default cooking time is displayed.
- Press "Time" to set time, use arrow keys to adjust cooking time.
- Press "Start" to launch the program. The "Start" light comes on, and the screen displays the time after pre-heating.
- Press "Stop" to stop the program.
- A beep indicates the program has finished.
Reheat
- This function is for reheating cooked food only.
- Select "Reheat" using arrow keys. Default cooking time is displayed.
- Maximum time is 1 hour; time is not adjustable.
- Press "Time/Temp" to adjust temperature using arrow keys.
- Press "Start" to launch the program. The "Start" light comes on, and the screen displays the time.
- Press "Stop" to stop the program.
- CAUTION: Cold food should not exceed 1/2 of the cooker's volume. Overfilling may prevent thorough heating. Repeated "Reheat" or insufficient food can lead to burnt food and a hard layer at the bottom. Do not reheat thick porridge (may become pasty). Do not reheat long-stored cold food to avoid odours.
Keep Warm
1. Keep Warm Function:
- 1.1 Manual Keep Warm: Press the "Keep warm" button manually. The "Keep Warm" light turns on, and the multicooker enters keep warm status.
- 1.2 Automatic Keep Warm: The multicooker automatically enters "keep warm" status at the end of cooking (certain menus excluded). A beep indicates the program has finished. The "Keep Warm" indicator turns on, and the screen counts down the keep warm time.
- To cancel automatic keep warm: Long press "Keep warm" for 5 seconds before starting the cooking program. To restart, press again for 5 seconds.
Later Meal
To use the Later Meal function, choose a cooking program, press "Later Meal", and select the preset time (1-15 hours). The preset time is the cooking end time. Each press of ⬆️/⬇️ adjusts the time. Press "Start" to enter cooking status; the "Start" indicator remains on, and the screen displays the chosen hours.
Setting Logic: Set Later Meal
- Set Later Meal: Program type #1: Start cooking immediately. Program type #2: Start cooking later (rice, steam).
Usage Scenario: Setting Later Meal Time
- Program with Later Meal #1: Select program, press [LATER MEAL]. Display shows default time (up to 15:00), "Later Meal" light flashes. Adjust time with arrow keys. Press [START/STOP] to validate and launch. Appliance beeps, heating starts immediately. Screen shows countdown, "Later Meal" light is on.
- Program with Later Meal Time #2: Select program, press [LATER MEAL]. Display shows default time (up to 15:00), "Later Meal" light flashes. Adjust time with arrow keys. Press [START/STOP] to validate and launch. Appliance beeps, heating starts later. Screen shows countdown, "Later Meal" light is on.

On Completion of Cooking
- Open the lid.
- Use oven gloves when handling the steam tray.
- Serve food with the provided spoon and reclose the lid.
- Maximum keep warm time is 24 hours.
- Press "STOP" to end keep warm status.
- Press power off before unplugging.
Miscellaneous Information
The appliance has a memory function. In case of power failure, it memorizes the cooking state and resumes if power is restored within 2 seconds. If power failure lasts longer than 2 seconds, the multicooker cancels the previous cooking and returns to standby.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Ensure the appliance is unplugged and completely cool before cleaning or maintenance.
- Clean with a sponge after each use.
- Do not use abrasive powders or scouring pads.
- If food is stuck, soak the bowl with water before washing.
- Dry the bowl and accessories thoroughly. The bowl and cooking tray are dishwasher safe.
- To maintain bowl quality, do not cut food directly in the bowl.
- Always return the bowl to the multicooker.
- Inner coating marks are normal and do not affect performance.
- Outer discoloration is normal at high temperatures on stainless steel; it does not affect cooking performance. To remove stains, soak the outer part of the bowl in a white vinegar solution (1 part vinegar to 3 parts water) for 15-20 minutes, then rinse and wipe dry.
- Do not touch the inner lid when hot.
- Clean the lid interior after each use to avoid hard stains.
- The lid and silicon seal (B) should not be dismantled.
- Wipe with a soft, damp, non-abrasive cloth and hot water. Avoid metallic and abrasive cleaning products.
- To clean residues around the seal (B), use food-safe sanitizing wipes, a damp cloth, or a non-abrasive sponge with hot water (and vinegar for stubborn stains).
- To clean the steam outlet (D), use a small bottle brush dipped in hot water.
- To clean stains on the grid (A), metallic ring of the hot plate (C), and finalize lid cleaning, run a steam clean cycle: mix 500ml water with 500ml white vinegar in the bowl, close lid, activate Steam for 20 minutes. Open and wipe.
Bowl, Steam Basket
- Scouring powders and metal sponges are not recommended.
- Soak stuck food in water before washing.
- Dry the bowl carefully.
Taking Care of the Bowl
- Do not cut food directly in the bowl.
- Ensure the bowl is correctly placed in the multicooker.
- Use the provided spoon or a wooden spoon, not metal, to avoid damaging the bowl surface.
- Bowl surface colour may change with use; this is normal and does not affect performance or safety.
Troubleshooting
