Before First Use
- Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels.
- Clean the bowl, water tank, and removable grids with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Note: these parts are not dishwasher safe.
- Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
- Do not fill the bowl with oil or frying fat.
Preparing for Use
- Place the appliance on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface away from water splashes.
- Do not fill the bowl with oil or other liquids.
- Do not place anything on top of the appliance, as this disrupts airflow and affects cooking results.
Using the Appliance
Automatic Cooking Modes
Select from pre-set modes like Fries, Chicken, Nuggets, Fish, Roast, Vegetables, and Cake. Connect the appliance to a power socket, place food in the bowl, slide the bowl back, select the desired mode on the touchscreen, and press Start (▷II).
Air Fry Mode
- Place food in the bowl and slide it into the appliance.
- Select Air Fry mode on the touchscreen.
- Adjust temperature (80-200°C) and time (0-60 minutes) using the +/- buttons.
- Press Start (▷II) to begin cooking.
- Shake food halfway through cooking if required (refer to the 'Cooking Guide').
- Once cooking is complete, carefully remove the bowl and check if food is ready.
Grill Mode
- Place the grill grid in the bowl and insert the bowl into the appliance.
- Select Grill mode and press Start (▷II) to begin the 15-minute preheating phase.
- Once preheated, add food to the grill grid in the bowl.
- Set the desired cooking time (default 4 minutes) and temperature.
- Press Start (▷II) to cook.
- Turn food halfway through for optimal grill marks.
- Remove the bowl and check for doneness.
Steam Mode
- Fill the water tank to the maximum level with purified water. Ensure the cap is secure.
- Place food in the bowl and insert it into the appliance.
- Select Steam mode and press Start (▷II). The default cooking time is 25 minutes.
- Adjust time and temperature as needed.
- Press Start (▷II) to begin cooking.
- Once cooking is complete, carefully remove the bowl.
- For steamed vegetables, a specific program can be selected for automatic settings.

Tips
- Smaller foods generally require shorter cooking times.
- Larger quantities may require slightly longer cooking times.
- Shaking food halfway through cooking can improve results and prevent uneven cooking.
- Add a little oil to fresh potatoes for crispier results.
- Avoid cooking very greasy foods.
- Snacks suitable for oven baking can also be cooked in the air fryer.
- The optimal amount for fries is 800g.
- Use ready-made pastry for quick filled snacks.
- Use an oven-safe dish for baking cakes or quiches, or for delicate/filled ingredients.
- The appliance can also be used to reheat food at 160°C for up to 10 minutes.
Making Home-Made Chips
- Peel and cut potatoes into uniform chip shapes.
- Soak chips in cold water for at least 30 minutes, drain, and dry thoroughly with a tea towel and paper towels. Ensure chips are completely dry before cooking.
- Toss chips with 1 tablespoon of oil (vegetable, sunflower, or olive oil) until coated.
- Remove chips from the bowl, allowing excess oil to remain in the bowl. Place chips in the appliance bowl.
- Fry according to the 'Cooking Guide' instructions.
Cleaning
- Clean the appliance after each use.
- The bowl and grids have a non-stick coating; avoid metal utensils or abrasive cleaners.
- Unplug the appliance and let it cool down.
- Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.
- Clean the bowl, grids, and water tank with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. For stubborn dirt, soak in hot water and dish soap for 10 minutes before rinsing and drying.
- Wipe the interior with a damp cloth.
- Clean the heating element with a dry brush.
- Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
Cleaning After Steam Use
- Unplug the appliance.
- Press to start the water circuit purge.
- Once the program is finished, empty the bowl of residual water.
- Wash the bowl, water tray, and water tank with warm water and dish soap, then rinse and dry.
Descaling
Regular descaling is necessary for optimal performance. Follow these steps:
- Pour 200ml water and 200ml white vinegar into the water tank.
- Ensure the water tank cap is secure and the tank is in place.
- Start the descaling program.
- After the program, empty the bowl and rinse the water tank.
- Refill the water tank with water and run the purge program to rinse the circuit.
- Empty the bowl and clean all parts with warm water and dish soap.
- Note: A flashing indicator signifies that descaling is required after 10 hours of steam use.
Storage
- Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely.
- Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing.
