Assembly Steps

STEP 1:

Attach the side rails (J) to the headboard legs (A, B) and footboard legs (F, G). Insert hardware item 2 (bolt) through the legs and into the side rails. Secure with hardware item 5 (bolt). The diagram shows the connection points and the direction of insertion.

STEP 2:

Connect the horizontal upper bar (C) and horizontal bottom bar (D) to the headboard legs (A, B). Use hardware item 1 (Hexagon Nut) and hardware item 3 (All thread bolt). Insert the bolts through the bars and legs, and secure with nuts. The diagram illustrates the frame assembly.

STEP 3:

Attach the horizontal upper bar (H) and horizontal bottom bar (I) to the footboard legs (F, G). Use hardware item 2 and hardware item 5. The diagram shows the footboard frame assembly.

STEP 4:

Connect the horizontal upper bar (C) and horizontal bottom bar (D) to the footboard legs (F, G). Use hardware item 1 (Hexagon Nut) and hardware item 3 (All thread bolt). Ensure the main bed frame is assembled securely. The diagram shows the frame coming together.

Note: Make sure bars A, B, C, D are connected together on the same side (front-front, back-back) for proper alignment.

STEP 5:

Attach the headboard panel (E) to the headboard legs (A, B). Use hardware item 4 (Hex-Head bolts) and hardware item 5 (Horizontal-Hole bolts). Ensure part 5 is oriented correctly with the 'x' mark facing upwards as indicated in the diagram. This is crucial for proper tightening.

STEP 6:

Install the 10 slats (K) onto the side rails (J). Use hardware item 6 (Wood screws) to secure each slat. Distribute the slats evenly across the frame. Follow the important note: Do not overtighten screws at the outermost edge of the slats to prevent wood breakage. Hold the slat firmly in place while screwing.

STEP 7:

Begin assembling the drawer. Attach the drawer side panels (M) to the front panel (L). Use hardware item 4 (Hex-Head bolts) and hardware item 10 (Horizontal-Hole bolts). Ensure part 10 is oriented correctly with the '*' mark facing upwards. Slide the bottom panel (O) into the grooves of the side and front panels. The diagram shows the initial drawer assembly.

STEP 8:

Continue drawer assembly. Attach the drawer side panels (M) to the bottom panel (O) and the back panel (N). Use hardware item 4 and hardware item 10. The diagram illustrates securing the drawer box structure.

STEP 9:

Complete the drawer assembly. Attach the remaining drawer side panels (M) to the back panel (N) and bottom panel (O). Use hardware item 4 and hardware item 10. Ensure part 10 is oriented correctly with the '*' mark facing upwards. The diagram shows the final drawer box assembly.

STEP 10:

Attach the drawer runners and wheels. Secure the runners to the bed frame and the drawers using hardware item 6 (Wood screws). Attach the wheels (12) to the bottom of the drawers using hardware item 11 (Wood dowel). The diagrams show the placement of these components.

STEP 11:

Insert the assembled drawers under the bed frame. Secure the drawers by attaching the stoppers (13) and using hardware item 4 (Hex-Head bolts) with hardware item 8 (Allen key). The diagram shows the final insertion and securing of the drawers. Ensure all screws on the bed are tightened.
