Assembly Steps
Step 1: Disassemble slide rails. Pull out the slide rails, then use a screwdriver to push down the plastic parts and draw tracks to the sides.
Step 2: Attach slide rails (4) to the side panel (4) using screws (A) and (E). Ensure the slide rail is correctly oriented.
Step 3: Attach slide rails (6) to the side panel (6) using screws (A) and (E).
Step 4: Attach slide rails (7) to the side panel (7) using screws (A) and (E).
Step 5: Attach slide rails (5) to the side panel (5) using screws (A) and (E).
Step 6: Assemble the side panels (8), (11), and (13) to the base panel (5) using cam bolts (B) and wooden dowels (G).
Step 7: Attach the top panel (4) to the assembled side panels using cam bolts (B) and wooden dowels (G).
Step 8: Assemble the side panels (9), (11), and (13) to the base panel (6) using cam bolts (B) and wooden dowels (G).
Step 9: Attach the top panel (7) to the assembled side panels using cam bolts (B) and wooden dowels (G).
Step 10: Attach drawer slide rail (L) to the unit using screws (A) and (E).
Step 11: Attach drawer slide rail (M) to the unit using screws (A) and (E).
Step 12: Attach drawer slide rail (10) and (14) to the side panels using cam bolts (B) and wooden dowels (G).
Step 13: Connect the side panels using cam bolts (B) and wooden dowels (G).
Step 14: Insert back panels (15), (16), (20), and (21) into the grooves of the unit.
Step 15: Attach the top panel (2) to the unit using screws (C), (D), and (G).
Step 16: Attach caster wheels (P) and (Q) to the base panel (2) using screws (R).
Step 17: Attach the frame to the top panel (1) using screws (A).
Step 18: Attach the side panels (8) and (9) to the unit using cam bolts (B) and wooden dowels (G).
Step 19: Attach hinges (H) and handles (I) to the doors (3) using screws (E).
Step 20: Attach the doors (3) to the unit using hinges (H) and screws (E).
Step 21: Attach drawer slide rail (28) to the unit using screws (K).
Step 22: Insert drawer assemblies (K) into the unit.
Step 23: Insert drawer assembly (12) into the unit, noting the 'Long' and 'Short' orientations.
Step 24: Insert drawer assemblies (K) into the unit.
Step 25: Insert drawer assembly (12) into the unit.
Step 26: Assemble drawer components (24), (25), (26) and (27) using screws (F).
Step 27: Insert back panel (27) into the unit.
Step 28: Attach handles (I) to the drawer fronts (23) using screws (A).
Step 29: Secure drawer assemblies (23) using cam bolts (B).
Step 30: Attach drawer slide rails (J-1) to the drawer boxes using screws (E).
Step 31: Insert the assembled drawers into the unit, ensuring the slide rails engage correctly.
Step 32: Assemble the back panels (18), (19), (20), and (21) using screws (F) and wooden dowels (G).
Step 33: Insert back panel (22) into the unit.
Step 34: Attach the frame to the top panel (17) using screws (A) and handle (I).
Step 35: Secure the side panels to the unit using cam bolts (B) and wooden dowels (G).
Step 36: Attach drawer slide rails (N) and (O) to the drawer assembly using screws (E).
Step 37: Insert the assembled drawer into the unit.
Step 38: Attach foot pads (T) to the bottom of the unit.
