Assembly Steps
Step 1
Attach Part 2 to Part 1 using four 'C' screws and two '12' brackets.
Step 2
Attach the drawer slide rail 'L' (CL) to Part 2 using three 'E' screws and two 'G' screws. Ensure the rail is oriented correctly.
Step 3
Attach Part 14 and Part 15 to Part 11 using screws 'G' and 'H'. Attach Part 16 to Part 14 and Part 15 using screws 'F' and 'H'.
Step 4
Attach Part 3 to Part 15 and Part 14 using four 'C' screws.
Step 5
Attach the drawer slide rail 'M' (CR) to Part 3 using three 'E' screws and one 'G' screw.
Step 6
Step 6.1: Attach Part 5 to Part 2 using screws 'F' and 'H'. Attach Part 4 to Part 2 using screws 'F' and 'H'.
Step 6.2: Attach Part 3 to Part 2, securing with Part 5 and Part 4 using screws 'F' and 'H'.
Step 7
Insert Part 7 (x2) into the unit, sliding them down into the grooves. Insert Part 8.
Step 8
Attach Part 6 to the bottom of the unit using screws 'A' (x4) and cam locks 'B' (x4). Attach Part 6 to the side panels using screws 'F' (x2).
Step 9
Attach caster wheels 'Q' (x2) and 'R' (x2) to the bottom of the unit using screws 'S' (x16).
Step 10
Step 10.1: Attach Part 1 to the top of the unit using screws 'G' (x6) and cam locks 'H' (x6).
Step 10.2: Attach the top panel assembly to the main unit using screws 'F' (x2) and cam locks 'H' (x6).
Step 11
Attach handles to the drawer front (Part 17) using screws 'K' (x2) and 'E' (x4). Attach hinges 'I' (x4) to the doors (Part 9) and the main unit using screws 'E' (x4) and 'I' (x2).
Note: Loosen screws on Part (I) to adjust door position.
Step 12
Attach doors (Part 9) to the unit using hinges 'I'. Ensure screws are half-tightened initially, then fully tightened once all are in place.
Step 13
Assemble the drawer: Attach drawer sides (Part 18, 19) to the drawer front (Part 17) and drawer back (Part 20) using screws 'D' (x4). Slide the drawer bottom (Part 21) into the grooves. Attach the drawer handle using screws 'G' (x4) and 'K' (x1).
Step 14
Attach drawer slides 'N' (DL) and 'O' (DR) to the drawer sides using screws 'E' (x6). Attach the corresponding drawer slide rails to the inside of the cabinet using screws 'E' (x6).
Step 15
Insert the assembled drawer into the cabinet. Attach the drawer front (Part 17) to the drawer assembly using screws 'H' (x4).
Step 16
Attach the shelf (Part 10) inside the cabinet using screws 'P' (x4).
Step 17
Insert the drawer using Part 13.
Step 18
Attach the shelf (Part 10) using screws 'T' (x6) and 'U' (x6).
Product Care and Maintenance
- Use a soft, clean cloth or sponge to gently wipe the outer surface to remove dust and dirt.
- Avoid using chemical cleaners or harsh solvents.
- Inspect fittings (bolts, screws, nuts) every 3 months and re-tighten every 6 months.
- Avoid direct sunlight.
- If the product shows structural damage or poses a safety hazard, stop using it until repaired.

Final Check and Usage
