For easier and better assembly, 2 or more adults are required. The expected assembly time for this product is approximately 1.5 hours, depending on individual manipulative ability.

Assembly Steps
Step 1: Attach Bolts to Base Frame
Install bolt (A) to panel (6). This involves screwing the bolt into the pre-drilled holes on the shelf panel.
Step 2: Join Shelves to Base Frame
Join panel (7) to panel (6) with lock (B). This connects a shelf panel (7) to the base frame panel (6) using a cam lock mechanism.
Step 3: Attach Drawer Slides to Side Panels
Pull out the slide (J-2) to a proper position as shown, then tighten it to frame (1) with screw (D). Install dowel (C) to frame (1). This attaches the right-side drawer slide to the left base frame, securing it with screws and dowels.
Step 4: Attach Drawer Slides to Side Panels (Continued)
Pull out the slide (J-2) as shown, then tighten it to frame (1) with screw (D). Install dowel (C) to frame (1). This attaches the right-side drawer slide to the right base frame, securing it with screws and dowels.
Step 5: Attach Drawer Slides to Second Base Frame
Pull out the slide (J-2) to a proper position as shown, then tighten it to frame (2) with screw (D). Install dowel (C) to frame (2). This attaches the right-side drawer slide to the second base frame, securing it with screws and dowels.
Step 6: Assemble Frame Structure
Tighten Part (3), (4) and (5) together with screw (G) as shown. Install dowel (C) and nut (F) into the corresponding hole, then attach them with bolt (E) as shown. This step builds a section of the frame by joining side panels (3, 4) and a shelf (5) with screws, and then securing components with dowels, nuts, and bolts.
Step 7: Attach Frame to Base
Install nut (F) into the corresponding hole as shown, then attach frame (2) with other parts as shown with bolt (E). This secures the assembled frame structure to the base frame (2) using nuts and bolts.
Step 8: Insert Shelf Panel
Insert panel (11) into the frame along the groove. This slides the shelf panel (11) into its designated slot within the frame.
Step 9: Attach Frame and Insert Wheels
Install nut (F) into the corresponding hole as shown, then attach frame (1) to the assembled body with bolt (E). Insert wheel (K) and (L) into the frame. This connects the first base frame (1) to the main structure and installs the wheels.
Step 10: Attach Bolts to Top Panel
Install bolt (A) to panel (12). This involves screwing bolts into the underside of the top panel (12).
Step 11: Attach Panel with Lock
Install dowel (C) into the corresponding hole, then attach panel (12) with lock (B). This attaches the top panel (12) to the main structure using dowels and cam locks.
Step 12: Attach Drawer Slides to Drawer Panels
Tighten slide (J-1) to panel (13) and (14) with screw (D) as shown. This attaches the left-side drawer slide to the drawer front (13) and drawer side (14) using screws.
Step 13: Assemble Drawer Box
Attach panel (13), (14) and (15) together with screw (G). This forms the basic drawer box by joining the drawer front (13) and drawer sides (14, 15) with screws.
Step 14: Attach Handle to Drawer Front
Install bolt (A) to panel (17) (drawer back). Attach handle (I) to the drawer front (panel 13) with bolt (H). This secures the handle to the drawer front.
Step 15: Assemble Drawer Box and Attach to Drawer
Insert panel (18) into the assembled drawer along the groove. Tighten panel (17) to the assembled drawer with lock (B). This involves sliding the drawer bottom (18) into place and securing the drawer back (17) to the drawer sides using locks.
Step 16: Insert Drawer
Insert the drawer along the slide. This final step involves sliding the completed drawer into the kitchen island frame.
Maintenance
Check every 6 months that all assembly fastenings are properly tightened and retighten when necessary.
