Assembly Instructions
- Step 1: Assemble two identical sub-assemblies. Each sub-assembly consists of Part 6, to which two Part A pieces are attached using two Part G screws.
- Step 2: Install seven dowel nuts (F) into the corresponding holes in frame part (2) and panels (9) and (10). Then, secure these components to frame part (2) using seven bolts (E).
- Step 3: Attach the outer drawer slide (J-2) to frame part (1) using four screws (C) and three screws (D). Additionally, attach three hooks (M) to frame part (1) using three screws (N).
- Step 4: Attach the outer drawer slide (J-2) to frame part (2) using four screws (C) and three screws (D).
- Step 5: Assemble parts 3, 4, and 5 together using two screws (G). For each of the two drawer slide assemblies (NO.1 and NO.2), insert a dowel (C) and a nut (F) into the corresponding holes, then attach them using a bolt (E). Part 19 represents the drawer slides.
- Step 6: Install seven dowel nuts (F) into the corresponding holes in frame part (2) and panels (9) and (10). Then, secure these components to frame part (2) using seven bolts (E). Part 8 is the slatted shelf.
- Step 7: Slide panel (11) into the grooves of the assembled frame.
- Step 8: Install seven dowel nuts (F) into the corresponding holes in frame part (1). Attach two caster wheels (K) and two caster wheels (L) to the bottom of frame part (1) using bolts (E).
- Step 9: Attach six bolts (A) to panel (17). Then, attach the handle (I) to panel (17) using two screws (H).
- Step 10: Join tabletop (12) to the assembled body using six dowels (C). Insert six lock nuts (B) into the corresponding holes and tighten them clockwise using two screws (G).
- Step 11: Attach the inner drawer slides (J-1) to panels (13) and (14) using four screws (D).
- Step 12: Attach part (15) to panel (13) using screws (G). Attach parts (16) to panels (13) and (14) using screws (G).
- Step 13: Attach six bolts (A) to panel (17). Then, attach the handle (I) to panel (17) using two screws (H). This completes the drawer front assembly.
- Step 14: Attach the drawer slides (19) to the drawer body (18) using six lock nuts (B).
- Step 15: Insert the drawer assembly (17) into the main unit. Ensure the two sides of the drawer are horizontally aligned with the corresponding drawer slides (J-1 and J-2) before pushing it in.
- Step 16: The kitchen cart is equipped with brake casters. Ensure the casters are unlocked (wheel can spin freely) before moving the cart. Pushing the cart with locked casters can damage the product and the floor. To lock, turn the lever to the 'Lock' position. To unlock, turn the lever to the 'Unlocked' position.
Product Care Instructions
- Use a soft, clean cloth or sponge to gently wipe the outer surface of the product to remove dust and dirt.
- Avoid using chemical cleaners or harsh solvents to prevent damage to the appearance of the product.
- Inspect the fittings (bolts, screws, nuts, etc.) every 3 months and re-tighten them every 6 months.
- Avoid direct sunlight.
- If the product shows structural damage or poses a safety hazard, stop using it until it is repaired.
