Setup and Pairing
For OnePlus Phones (OnePlus 6 and later)
You can set buds details and upgrade the software version of the buds under Settings > Bluetooth.
For Other Android Phones
Download and install HeyMelody from Google Play Store to obtain features of the buds and upgrade the software version for enhanced listening experience.
For Other Bluetooth Devices
Place OnePlus Nord Buds into the charging case with the cover opened. Press and hold the setup button of the charging case to enter Bluetooth settings. Then select 'OnePlus Nord Buds'.
Factory Reset
Place the buds into the charging case with the cover opened. Press and hold the setup button of the charging case until the indicator blinks red.

Play Control
- Single Tap: Play/Pause ▶️

Other Function Control
- Press and Hold Bud: Switch between Noise Cancellation ? and Transparency ? modes.
Ear Tips
A good ear tip fit provides better noise cancellation and sound quality while offering greater comfort. Try to pick a pair of ear tips that make a good seal with your ear canal. Please note that you might need different sizes for your left and right ears. The medium size comes pre-attached.
Charging and Battery Level
Earbuds Charging
Place OnePlus Nord Buds 2 into the charging case, and they will be charged automatically.
Charging Case Charging
Use a Type-C cable ? to charge the charging case.
Battery Level Indicator
When earbuds are inside the charging case, the indicator shows the battery level of the ear buds. When earbuds are removed from the charging case, the indicator shows the battery level of the charging case.
- ? Green indicator: High battery level
- ? Yellow indicator: Medium battery level
- ? Red indicator: Low battery level

Hearing Protection

Prolonged exposure to high volume may cause permanent hearing impairment. Exposure to high volume while driving may distract the driver and may cause accidents.

Battery Safety

Operating Environment

Care and Maintenance
If you are not using the earphones, please put the earphones back into the charging case to avoid damage and charge the headset in time. Please keep the device and its accessories in a dry environment. Do not dry the device using heating devices like microwaves and hair dryers. Do not place the device and its accessories in a place where the temperature is too high or too low; otherwise, it may malfunction, catch fire, or explode. Before cleaning and maintenance, please stop using the device, close all apps, and disconnect the device from other devices. Do not use harsh chemical products, detergents, or cleaning equipment to clean the device's accessories. Please use a clean, dry, and soft cloth to wipe the device or its accessories. Do not place magnetic strip cards (like bank cards, SIM cards, etc.) near the device for a long time, as magnetic strip cards may be damaged by magnetic fields. Do not disassemble or repair the device and its accessories, otherwise, the warranty will not apply. If the device malfunctions, please contact authorized service centers.
