Getting Started

You can set bud details and upgrade the software version of the buds under Settings > Bluetooth.

Download and install HeyMelody to obtain features of the buds and upgrade the software version for an enhanced listening experience.

Safety Precautions

General Safety:

Use the minimum volume required for music or calls to avoid ear damage. Prolonged exposure to loud volumes can cause permanent hearing loss.
Avoid loud volumes while driving, as it can distract the driver and cause accidents.
When driving, comply with local regulations and do not use this product. Driving safety is paramount.
Car electronic equipment may be affected by radio interference from earphones. Contact the manufacturer for details.
Wireless devices may interfere with aircraft flight systems. Comply with airline regulations and do not use the device where prohibited.

Child Safety:

This device and its accessories may contain small parts. Keep them out of reach of children to prevent accidental damage or choking hazards.
This device is not a toy. Children should use it under adult supervision.

Accessory Requirements:

Only use accessories approved by the device manufacturer and compatible with the device. Using other types of accessories may violate warranty provisions and local regulations, and could lead to incidents. Contact authorized service centers for approved accessories.

Ear Protection:

When using earphones for music or calls, use the minimum volume necessary to avoid ear damage.

Battery Safety:

Use a certified adapter for charging.
Do not disassemble, modify, insert foreign objects, or immerse the battery in water or other liquids to prevent leakage, overheating, fire, or explosion.
Do not drop, crush, or puncture the battery. Excessive external pressure can cause short circuits and overheating.
The device has a built-in, non-removable battery. Do not attempt to replace it yourself. Battery replacement should only be done by authorized service centers. Risk of explosion if battery is replaced by an incorrect type.
Dispose of used batteries according to instructions.

Operating Environment:

Do not use the device in wet environments or near magnetic fields to prevent damage to internal circuits.
Do not use the device during thunderstorms, as lightning may cause malfunction or electric shock.
Use the device within a temperature range of 0~+35°C and store it and its accessories within -10~+50°C. Extreme temperatures can cause malfunction. Battery performance may decrease below 5°C.
Do not expose the device to direct sunlight on car dashboards or window sills.
Do not place the device near heat sources like electric heaters, ovens, microwaves, water heaters, stoves, or candles.
Keep pins and other sharp metal objects away from the receiver or speaker to prevent injury.

Care and Maintenance

When not in use, place the earbuds back in the charging case and charge the headset promptly to avoid damage.
Keep the device and accessories in a dry environment. Do not dry the device using heating devices like microwaves or hair dryers.
Do not place the device and accessories in extreme temperatures; this could cause malfunction, fire, or explosion.
Before cleaning or repair, stop using the device, close all apps, and disconnect it from other devices. Do not use harsh chemicals, detergents, or cleaning tools. Use a clean, dry, soft cloth for wiping.
Do not place magnetic stripe cards (like bank cards, SIM cards) near the device for extended periods, as they may be damaged by the magnetic field.
Do not disassemble or modify the device and its accessories, as this will void the warranty. Contact authorized service centers for malfunctions.

Environmental Protection

Do not dispose of the device and its accessories as normal household waste.
Follow local regulations for handling and recycling the device and its accessories.
You have the option to hand over your product to a qualified recycling organization. Proper recycling of your product protects human health and the environment. Contact your local authorities, retailer, or household waste disposal service for e-waste disposal information.
