How to Measure Your Nipple
Diagram A illustrates how to measure your nipple. It shows a cross-section of a breast, nipple, and areola, with a designated area labeled "measure here".
Instructions:
- Place your nipple in this area for accurate measurement.
- Place right side of nipple on this side.
A ruler marked with measurements from 15 to 35 is shown below the measurement area.
Folding and Cutting Instructions
Diagram B shows a dotted line indicating where to cut.
Instruction: Fold side B so that the outside edge of the paper lines up to the left of the nipple.
Instruction: Cut along the dotted lines.
Determining Your Flange Size
Your flange size should be 2-3 mm larger than your nipple diameter.
Alternative Sizing Using Coins
If you do not have access to a printer, you may be able to use a coin to determine your nipple diameter. The following coins are shown with their corresponding diameters:
- Coin labeled 18mm
- Coin labeled 20mm
- Coin labeled 22mm
- Coin labeled 24mm
Printable Sizing Markers
Along the right edge of the document, circular markers are provided for sizing, ranging from 14mm to 28mm.
