HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE COUNTERFLOW PROTECTOR

- The edge of the silicone membrane should remain on the ring of the lower base to ensure good suction.
- Place the top of the base on the bottom base, ensuring that the 3 pieces fit well to form a perfect seal.

6. Extraction Guide
- Relax, clear your mind, listen to relaxing music. If your baby is not present, you can watch videos or photos of your baby.
- Stimulate the suction reflex or milk drop before starting extraction. Some women have found that gently massaging their breasts or applying warm compresses from the chest wall to the nipples helps trigger the ejection reflex.
- Remove your milk from each breast for 10-15 minutes.
Note: For optimal milk extraction, we recommend short and frequent extraction sessions (10-15 minutes each breast every 2-3 hours, 7-8 times a day).
7. How to Get Started
(Pics)
Note: Spectra S9Plus is designated to turn off automatically after 30 minutes and stores your current settings for use in your next session. If you want to start with a different configuration than previously used, adjust the new configuration before starting the extraction.
SINGLE OR DOUBLE USE
We recommend that you breastfeed your baby whenever he or she can, even when using the milk extractor.

- Heat the milk under a jet of warm water, gently whisking the bag to mix the milk.
- If warm water is not available, you can heat a pot of water on the stove. Do not boil; once warm, remove the pot from the heat and place the container with the milk in the pot. It can take approximately 20 minutes to bring frozen milk to room temperature. Never heat the milk directly on the stove.
