Important Safety Instructions
WARNING: Basic precautions must always be followed when using electric products. This manual contains important instructions for Models WS1 to be followed during installation, operation, and maintenance.
- Read all instructions before using this product.
- Supervise this device when used around children.
- Do not put fingers into the electric vehicle connector.
- Do not use if the flexible power cord or EV cable is frayed, has broken insulation, or shows other signs of damage.
- Do not use if the enclosure or EV connector is broken, cracked, open, or shows any other indication of damage.
- Caution: To reduce the risk of fire, connect only to a circuit provided with 60-ampere maximum branch circuit over-current protection in accordance with the NEC.
- This product must be grounded. Grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. The power cord has an equipment grounding conductor and a grounding terminal. These must be connected to the correct port and properly installed and grounded according to local codes and ordinances.
- WARNING: Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Consult a qualified electrician or serviceman if unsure about grounding. Do not modify terminals; if they do not match the electrical box, have a qualified electrician install a suitable outlet.

General Precautions
- Read the operation manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
- Before installation, check the grid for Level II 240V ±10% (60 Hz).
- Do not use flammable, explosive, or combustible materials, chemicals, combustible gas, or other dangerous goods near the charging pile.
- Keep the charging point dry and clean. Use a clean, dry cloth to wipe it. Do not touch the point pin.
- Hybrid cars should recharge after flame-out. Vehicle driving is prohibited during charging.
- Keep children away from the charging process to prevent harm.
- In case of rain, thunder, or adverse weather, charge cautiously. Charging cable breaks, wear, tear, or charging pile damage are prohibited. If the charging post is used and damaged, stay away and contact staff immediately.
- If a fire, electric shock, or other abnormal situation occurs during charging, press the stop button immediately.
- Do not attempt to remove, maintain, or modify the charging pile, as improper use may cause damage or leakage.

1. The installation method is wall hanging
a. Take out the mounting plate from the bottom of the device and carefully check the mounting size of the screw holes.
b. Select the parking space for installation. The lowest position of the fixing plate should be 120cm (approximately 47.24 inches) above the ground.
c. Drill four M8 diameter holes according to the positions of the screw holes in the fixing disk. Insert expansion rubber plugs and secure the mounting disk with nuts on the fixing chassis. Fix the bottom plate on the wall or support, paying attention to the installation direction indicated by the arrow.
d. For the charging gun/cable storage bracket, follow these installation steps:
- Step 1: Drawing of fixing holes.
- Step 2: Drilling with tools.
- Step 3: Insert the expansion tube and screw it in.
2. Wire Connection Instructions
A power distribution box is used. The L(Red), L(Black), and PE (Green&Yellow) ends of the input cable correspond to the L1, L2, and PE ends of the circuit breaker, respectively.

3. Hang the charging pile on the bottom plate and hang the gun cord on the plastic hook
The charger is mounted on the wall plate, and the charging cable is hung on the hook. The height requirement of 120cm (47.24 inches) is indicated.
Mobile Phone App Charging Operating Instructions
1. APP download and binding use

. Click the website and follow the prompts to install.
b. QR code download: Open your mobile browser or social software, scan the QR code, and follow the APP prompts.
2. Binding and Using Devices
Step 1: Open the installed APP, agree to the privacy statement, and register using your mobile number or social software. Log in after successful registration. Enable Location, Bluetooth, and WIFI on your mobile phone. If the charging device is in standby, the APP will automatically search for it and display its name.
The app requests permissions for "Data Analysis" (to collect product usage data) and "Personalization" (to recommend content via ads and notifications).
Step 2: Click "Add device" to enter the WIFI pairing interface. The APP automatically identifies the WIFI name. Click "Next" to bind the device. A success message will appear. Click "Finish" and wait about 5 seconds.
Alternatively, manually add the device by clicking "+" in the upper right corner, selecting "Energy" category, finding "EV charger (Bluetooth + WIFI)", and following prompts, including confirming the indicator light status ("Confirm if the indicator light is flashing", then "Quick flashing").
Step 3: Enter the WIFI password (connected to the mobile phone) and click "Next". Ensure your Wi-Fi is 2.4 GHz; if it's 5 GHz, set it to 2.4 GHz.
Step 4: After binding, charge according to the APP interface. The application also supports "adjusting current" and "delayed charging" functions.
APP Function
Charging mode function
Click "Charging mode" to switch between real-time charging and delayed charging (appointment charging mode). You can set an appointment to delay charging for 1-12 hours.
Adjust charging current
Click "Setting" then "Charging current". Slide up and down to set the charging current.
Record of charging
Click "Charge record export" to view charging records and power records.

Charging Instructions
1. Ensure the charging pile is properly connected to the power supply. The device enters standby mode with the display showing "Welcome to use AC charging equipment - Plug in your gun for charging".
2. Adjust the time by selecting an appointment time. Adjust charging power by sliding up and down.
3. Plug the charging connector into the vehicle inlet. The display shows "Welcome to use AC charging equipment - Swipe card to start charging".
4. Swipe the card on the logo area to start charging. If the card stays for more than 15 seconds, the station enters plug-charge mode (starts without swiping). Swiping again for 15 seconds reverts to swipe mode.
The "In the charging" screen displays:

5. The station stops charging when the car is fully charged. You can click the APP or swipe the card to end.
6. After charging is complete, unplug the charging gun and place the dust cover onto the charging connector.

Common Problems and Solutions
