Common Problems and Solutions

Problems Cause Solution
The Display is black (LED indicator is off) The AC inlet switch is not closed, and the AC inlet switch is tripping. Close the AC incoming wire switch again. If it trips all the time, check wiring and ensure L or N wire is connected to the PE terminal.
Controller Boot Failure The gun is not inserted properly; During charging, someone pressed a button on the charging handle. Put the gun back in place; Supervise after normal charging to prevent accidental button presses.
End lock gun The WIFI signal network is unstable, and unlocking failed. Vehicle communication problem. Turn off the car starting key, turn off the engine, lock the car, then restart. If unresolved, contact car dealers.
AC Overvoltage AC input voltage too high 1. If voltage exceeds 265V AC briefly, wait for normal range. 2. Check background data; if overvoltage is chronic, adjust protection point to 265V AC via software.
AC undervoltage AC input voltage too low Check background data; if chronically undervoltage (below 175V AC), adjust protection point to 90 Vac via software.
AC overcurrent Excessive AC input current 1. Turn off leakage/overcurrent protection circuit breaker. 2. Check for low impedance or short circuit on the output line. 3. Power on again after fault rectification.
Overtemperature The temperature in the AC pile is too high. Check installation environment; ensure no nearby heating devices and ambient temperature is below 50° C.
Current cannot reach the set or defined value 1. Using an adapter. 2. Vehicle is set for charging current. 3. Vehicle power is relatively full (more than 90%). 4. Setting of the current level of the charging pile. 1. Check adapter's rated working current. 2. Check vehicle's charging current setting. 3. Vehicle may reduce current if power is high (normal). 4. Verify charging pile's current gear setting on screen.
