Intended Use
The luminaire is intended for standard use in dry environments. The luminaire is not suitable for outdoor environments.
Safety Instructions
These instructions assume expert knowledge corresponding to a completed professional education as an electrician.
- Never work when voltage is present on the luminaire. Caution - Risk of fatal injury!
- Ensure that the luminaire is undamaged before installation and commissioning!
- The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by incorrect or unauthorized use or by non-observance of these instructions.
- Work on the luminaire (installation, maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting) may only be carried out by an authorized electrician.
- DALI: Basic insulation between supply and control terminals.

Aura Light offers a 5-year warranty regarding manufacturing and material defects in products manufactured and/or sold by Aura Light, provided that the product information for the product in question in digital form via www.auralight.com, or in physical form via printed mailings by Aura Light, refers to this warranty policy.

The luminaire contains a control gear and a replaceable LED light source that shall only be replaced by the manufacturer.

Installation Spacing
Clearance required from structural members and building elements.
HCB: Height clearance to building element (25 mm)
MIC: Minimum insulation clearance (0 mm)
SCI: Side clearance to insulation (0 mm)
SCB: Side clearance to building element (25 mm)

IP Rating
IP40: Indoor use only, do not use in wet or damp places.
IP54: Suitable for indoor areas including bathrooms and covered/sheltered areas such as porches.
Dimmer Selection
Non-dim: Can not be used with any dimmer.
Triac dim: Compliable with recommended TRIAC dimmers, dimming range 8-100%.

Installation Steps
Recessed Installation with External Driver
- Step 1: Prepare the ceiling cutout. Select preferred colour temperature for interchangeable CCT related products.
- Step 2: Make electrical connections: Live (L), Neutral (N), and Switched Neutral.
- Step 3: Secure the luminaire into the ceiling cutout using the integrated clips.
- Step 4: Installation is complete.
Screw Surface Mounted Installation
- Step 1: Mount the surface box using appropriate fixings.
- Step 2: Connect the electrical wiring to the luminaire.
Note: Accessories Surface box will not be available for Safie in dimension Ø280.
